yeah, I'm not that kind of chef..I'm all about health, and 100 % natural, but if I want smoked fish dip and I'm using a 30 dollar piece of bluefin tuna, then I ain't using veganaise, or herbamare herb seasoning salt, I'm using sea salt and fresh herbs.. When your not using these types of ingredients consistently, have a little flavor.
I hate most reality tv, other than a few on the History Channel, like Swamp People. Troy Landry is my hero.
