Saying he looked terrible would be an overstatement IMO. On kick and punt coverage, I saw him around the ball as much as anyone.
Not an expert, but two RBs who are rookies and part of a committee (as of now, one of whom who isn't on a team that runs a lot), a RB with injury concerns IMO (though not huge concerns), and another HB who is part of a committee and who wasn't even holding the #2 job after a string of injuries at the position. Most people's HBs are weak though I suppose.
He forced a fumble in the Texans game. He had a TFL in the Saints game and another solo stop for little or no gain. Beat a back for a sack in one game.

that must be for his special teams play because he was terrible Thursday night at CB, imo. He was burned worse than a defective toaster! I watched Kaddu a lot this summer and thought he might well make it. His ST play looked solid and he has a lot of speed on his pass drops.
