Do I hope for a win and to be 2 and 0 ? Of course. Is it possible? Of course. However realistically I don't think or expect we win on the road against Luck. Just being very honest with my expectations , we can win though and if we do that will me more positive than just a road win. I believe there will be critical times during the game ( like in virtually every game ) when there is a chance to impact the result of the game . We need to do that , learn to influence our success or forever be a meandering franchise. Big plays at big times for all three areas of the game. We make more of those than the Colts , we win and come home 2 and 0 with 2 road victories and wow , how long have we waited for that? Go Fins !
I do expect a win this week, at least I believe it is more likely than not. I'm not sure I can say that against Atlanta or NO.
I'm not going to get to watch this until around 6 today because of my daughter's softball game... uggghh I'll take Miami by 4.
The games against Atlanta and NO make this game really important , because of what you mentioned imo. I don't have the same feeling as you do , but can envision a win and not just if everything goes right , I guess I want to see production at pressure points , and this is one of those. Get after Luck , make him throw before he is ready , tackle well and create turnovers today . A win and a positive game by 17 would announce the arrival of the NEW Miami Dolphins imo . Let's do exactly that.
1. I am not afraid the Dolts. 2. Andrew Luck is fugly. 3. Vontae is gonna bite on at least 3 double moves, 1 of them is gonna be a long TD...for Hartline. 4. We will rush for 150+ yards and control TOP. 5. 27 - 13 Dolphins come home 2 - 0.
I feel like the Browns O-line is much better than the Colts. Luck isn't as easy to take down but I think we'll have pressure all game.
Man...I remember watching this, and it got me so pumped. I know yall remember it...and he did this before a big win.
Tannehill and his receivers played well last week. As far as the rest of the offense was concerned, they sucked. Less than 30 yards rushing the entire game and four sacks on Tannehill showed that the offensive line remains a major problem for this team. We still don't know about Miller as the starting RB because he had zero holes to run through last week. Unfortunately he also didn't show any ability to break tackles or create his own running room. The OL and the RB's are going to have to play a lot better today if they expect to beat the Colts. Tannehill can't be sacked four times again and the running game is going to have to exceed 100 yards for the Dolphins to have a chance to win this game. The Colts defense is not the same caliber as the Browns, which probably has one of the top ten defenses in the NFL. The Dolphins offense has to keep the ball away from Luck and the Indy offense today. The offense also needs to score TD's when they get inside the Colts territory and not settle for FG's. While the Colts defense is not on par with the Browns defense, the Colts offense is far superior to that of the Browns and it will probably take at least 24 or more points for the Dolphins to pull out a win today.
Enjoy the game fellers..... this team is going to become a nemesis of ours, and it would be nice to even up on them. When was the last time we started 2-0 anyway ? Thigpen takes one to the house today !!!!!
Headache... Bloodshot eyes... Still pumped... We got this boys. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 4
Gotcha. I was thinking more along the lines of an upgrade for DT. I saw his 6'0 233lbs measurements and thought "short yardage" cure
Technically it would , SF was picked as well and yeah they are playing Seattle on the road , but hard to pick SF and claim it as an upset imo .
Hoping to see big things out of our running game and Wallace this week. A little nervous about our CB's vs their WR's but hopefully our pass rush can neutralize that.
Can our defense force the big turnover in the fourth quarter when we need it? That is the key to the game
Dolphins 30 Colts 24 Run game gets going Lamar is going over 100 yards and Tannehill 280yds 2TD's Go phins!
