Agree on both fronts. He needs to have a mental timer and when the clock strikes 0, to make something positive happen with his feet or by getting rid of the ball.

I don't get that....he didn't move forward when his knee was down. So where he was stopped is where his knee was down. First down.
From the back view you can't see where the ball is when that knee hits. From the front view it is obvious IMO that he reaches before he goes down. I may be wrong, its close.
Well looks like I -was- wrong. Good play Colts. If Miller reaches forward on the last play its a non issue.
