I was screaming at my TV when Dion didn't just wrap up Luck and just pushed him. I was saying it will cost us the game. But they proved me wrong, thank God! Way to finish.
He misses that FG before halftime we may lose the game, Colts could have settled for a FG try. Of course the dynamic of the game isnt the same, but it was huge.
I was too...and think of it this way. We're winning right now with a lot of OOPSes going on, particularly the Jordan muff, the missed tackles on Luck, and the missed opportunities on interceptions (Patterson was out, else we'da had some of those, I hope he's back next week vs. Ryan). Once we continue to grow, adjust, gel, it could get to where we're not praying for an INT to end the game. Either way...I'll take the wins...I'd just like my blood pressure to be able to stay somewhat regular
Sucks for him because he is a good guy, but I wish only bad things for Detroit as long as they continue to have that dirty f*** Suh on their team.
2010 was the last time we were 2-0 (Bills, Vikings). Then, we decided to go 1-7 at home for the season and that was that.
Yep. Still disappointing. I felt like the Browns Oline was better than the Colts. They even lost a starter today. Luck is as strong as a horse though.
And I said first team to get to 24 would win. Was sweating like a big sweaty thing at the end though.
A little under the radar, but in a sense his kick won the game as Indy would have kicked a field goal at the end perhaps to win the game. And he did it twice with the lame (legal) timeout call...kid is freaking money, and right now on pace to give us the best pair of kickers in the league. The guy is ice, and kicks it long...we are gonna love this guy the next ten years. Ireland is a genius...lol
They used a lot of 6 and 7 man protection throughout the game. They did a good job of protecting luck
Are you 2-0 with starting the gameday thread??? If so, none of you other mooks better step on Sick's toes...
I'm officially on the Tannehill bus. This guy is the real deal and I wont take that comment back. He's shown so much in these first two weeks man. Good job running the ball today...Not great but they got us the yards we needed. Wallace showed up and bounced back as well. We beat a really good team today make no mistake about it. This one feels really good because it was Tannehill vrs Luck in a sense and we prevailed.
Welcome to the correct side of the argument. You'll notice we have a nicer facility than the Tannehill Complainers have. Over here is our free beer taps and to your right is the complimentary most comfortable recliner ever, with the built in massager, TV remote, cooler, wing cooker, Blow-Jobinator 5000 and cup holder.
And let me say in here: I'd say up your *** Irsay, but you'd enjoy that!!! In your backyard, our Sophmore beat yours. Eat it you sand baggin' prick!!! You tank a season on purpose? You sucked so hard for Luck... EAT IT! Our QB played the better game. Our team was the better TEAM. Yours is a club that is soft on the road, and does 90% of their winning at home. And that is where we handed it to you. You cheating, scheming drunkard. LIVE this loss you creep.
Yes...the refs couldn't spot a damn ball or understand the difference between a forward pass and a fumble, but other than that? nope.
