Isn't it a nice change to be excited and optimistic about our team heading into a game? Isn't it nice to believe we are capable of beating a playoff team? Isn't it nice having faith in our quarterback and coach? Isn't it nice to have a home opener with positivity around it? Isn't it nice to be 2 and 0? Isn't it nice to see the media gradually starting to give us more credit, recognition and praise? Isn't it nice to see those new unis on our new players in this new season? Isn't it nice to see the Bills, Jets and Pats all looking totally beatable? Isn't it nice to say we can win this division... and it's a realistic prediction? Isn't it nice to be a dolphins fan right about now?
No, it's very frackin stressful. - Now, we have expectations based on elevated play. - Now, we have hope that we can get a wildcard spot. - Now, we have hope that we could even win the division. - Now, if we don't perform well tomorrow and win, the whole week will suck. It was much easier Mon-Fri when the team sucked and had no expectations. Our only hope is that we win and the ecstasy that comes from beating a good team like ATL makes it all worthwhile.
what? you mean you guys don't read/write here sitting naked at your computer too? that's a little awkward
holy beejeezus. that's like a train wrecking into an ammunitions depot. My burned eyes will never recover. I assume this is Bpk's screen saver
It's a great feeling when you get up on a Sunday and believe that the fins can take any team down. It's also a great feeling that even if the fins are losing you can be confident the they can answer and tie it up. All in all it's great to be a fin fan as always!!
It'd be nice if I didn't work nights. I start getting ready for work around 9:30 and leave about 10:10PM on Sunday nights until Friday mornings. Which means those primetime games actually backfire for me since I have one final vacation day to book off for one of our 3 prime games. By the way BPK you have scarred me and my roomie for life. That pic looks a LOT like our supervisor at work. Even one of the guys who is here who works at the plant was like "OMG...that's ----!".
If you read the original post with The Beach Boys' song, "Wouldn't It Be Nice," playing in your head...it makes it better.
Fixed. Our halftime adjustments continue to impress me. Miami still hasn't given up a 2nd half touchdown drive, with the exception of that Tannehill fumble on like the 11...they haven't given up a long, sustained, drive to the endzone yet, in the 2nd half.
