Really. We are 3-0, have beaten 2 playoff teams from 2012, and now of course we should trade for so and so to "keep him away from New England" Brothers and Sisters, enjoy it, this is not 2010 when "2-0 teams make the playoffs X percent of the time" but the wins were smoke and mirrors. Arguably we beat the Falcs due to a TO created by special teams, BUT good teams do those things and win games. Losing teams miss FG's with 3 seconds left and say "if only" Stop being nattering naybobs of negativism ya whiny *****es.
agreed! one thing that I've noticed is how the new spirit of positive thought & toughness has carefully & purposely been woven into the fabric of this team... love the term "fun" that's bantered about collectively in every interviewwith a wry smile & true desire to meet the up-coming competition... this team wants to play & win games Philbin & company have done an excellent job in redefining what it means to be a Miami Dolphin. kudos! unfortunately, much of the negativity in dolfandom remains consistent & annoying. hopefully, this season will silence most detractors.
well said Padre. thing is, even when we go into New Orleans and likely lose, the poop-heads will come out spouting nonsense. even though realistically, I'd expect any team in the league, including Seattle, go into New Orleans on a Monday night would likely lose. To me, winning in New Orleans would be great, but not nearly as important as coming home and beating Baltimore, an AFC team that we may be competing for a wildcard spot. same goes for Cincinnati in a few weeks.
I love the 3-0 I love the attitude and have always loved my Phins, but I believe even the Dolphins would agree this team needs to get better. We are heading into the right direction.
3-0 is a lot better then people expected. Like I said before, looking at the schedule, I wanted to leave monday 2-2, so now we are 3-0 and worst case scenario we go 3-1 I am happy as hell! We beat two playoff teams from last year, 1 almost super bowl contender team. Was last week pretty? No, but did we get the job done? Sure did. We beat the colts on the road in their dome. We face our toughest match up against the saints. Honestly I expect us to lose, but would I be surprise if we shocked the world on monday night? Hell no, not this team. We have work to do but yeah, we are like the Jefferson, we are movin on up!
We'll see, do notice it is not exactly a track meet in our back 7, real problem is shutting down their run game. We badly need Big Paul to come back into the lineup and shut that stuff down and make them 1 dimensional.
Yeah it sucks, but I find hard to damn all of them. The Dolphins have played so poorly over the past decade that many fans are not willing to cut them any slack yet, and that is perfectly understandable in my opinion.
3-0 is 3-0 no matter what. Every win is a good win like it or not. Whiners will whine win or loose it's never good enough. Whine (To complain or protest in a childish fashion.)
If they do not win Monday I will be starting a very angry thread. I expect 4-0 or some heads r gonna roll
When the likes of New England are getting credit for going 3-0 playing the teams they've played and the Jets are getting credit for just barely beating the Bucs and Bills, we have no business not being happy about the start of the season.* Based on this start and the remaining schedule, there's no reason this team can't go at least 10-6 if they continue to play this way.*
