Our boys in Aqua are undefeated and on the road (again) for a Monday night matchup against the, also undefeated, New Orleans Saints. Now, last week, due to some weird California earthquake or something, the liquid from my drink, somehow fell out of my mouth, causing me to think I had puked and inaccurately predict a loss. Sorry about those technical difficulties. But this week is a new week. Watch and see if we remain undefeated, or if The Big Easy is anything but. Plus...boobs! Classic Sazerac: for a Fuzzy Face, drop the sugar cube for a dash of Peach Schnapps INGREDIENTS 1 sugar cube 1 1/2 ounces rye or American whiskey 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters Dash of angostura bitters Dash of absinthe (can substitute Herbsaint, Pernod, or Ricard) Twist of lemon peel INSTRUCTIONS Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Put the sugar cube in a second Old Fashioned glass with just enough water to moisten it; then crush the cube. Add the rye, the two bitters, and a few cubes of ice, and stir. Discard the ice from the first glass, and pour in the absinthe. Turn the glass to coat the sides with the absinthe; then pour out the excess. Strain the rye mixture into the absinthe-coated glass. Twist and squeeze a lemon peel over the glass. Rub the rim of the glass with the peel, discarding it when finished. Plus: Nice ****, man!

I had offers from a couple of local members to be guests. Also, I am working on getting a former NFL player to do a guest appearance. His schedule is hectic right now, but he is interested. Working on dates for October.
