    Live from the Internet.
Apparently Grimes was mic'ed up for the game. Pretty cool video.

Great free agent pick-up, hopefully we extend him before he hits open market to he won't get bid up.
    Enjoy the video.

Me too man - he really has made a big difference, especially after seeing Sean Smith wandering around in secondary last year.

Watch his explosiveness on White in the first play of the video, he deflects the pass, that's pure...dude is fearless..wish he wasn't 29, Atlanta is stupid...Ireland was smart...very good job..

    Hope he stays.

I've mentioned this before, and it seems like I read a few years ago, when you sign a UFA to a 1 year contract, you cannot extend or resign him until the opening of free agency in the following off season. The topic came up before in the case of Incognito, whom we first signed to a 1 yr deal as a UFA, and could not resign/extend him until the following free agency period.

Love how Philbin says they are just "scratching the surface of what they can do as a team."

He really is a midget eh?

Shocking how a guy like that could cover the likes of Julio Jones.*

Grimes's attitude, energy, and optimism only helps to push others to play that much harder. It's kinda like he's willing them to a higher level by instilling more confidence and leaving them with a greater sense of not wanting to disappoint. W/o Grimes in Jones's ear Saturday and during the game, does Don bring the same level of fervor on the punt which in turn causes the fumble? I think Grimes helped turn Jones into a man on a mission on that play.

Best cornerback we've had since Madison.

I think he could be. Just guessing. That would not be the same exactly as him putting pen to paper.

He mostly didn't cover Julio. Carroll did most of the time.

I believe it's the beginning of the new league year which I believe happens a bit before FA opens.

Off topic but I'm guessing that Philibin hated the ice bath. Not just that he got it, but that they were celebrating after a regular win.

I love how quick he plays. That one pass to the endzone, he takes two steps towards the line, the turns and heads back towards the endzone to break up the pass... crazy quick.

I really hope we re-sign this guy after this season. He's proved he's healthy, and can play at a big time level. If Taylor can get on the field again as he says he will... Taylor, Grimes, and PAtterson, with Davis coming... damn.

I dunno. Last year he would dance a jig for the guys in the locker room after every win.

Yeah Philbin seemed pissed he was dunked in gatoraid.....he wants that after a superbowl, nothing else. He had to re-iterate to his young team that we're scratching the surface.....he even had a quote that "3-0 means nothing" in the grand scheme of things.

He won't let us settle. We have the right man leading our phins.

That was crazy! Looked like a slant and grimes was playing off, usually a completion or flag, grimes runs in front of and around roddy to deflect the ball.
