Sorry to feed the Ireland haters ammo here, but looks like he was sleeping on this one:

Ravens acquired LT Eugene Monroe from the Jaguars for "multiple third-day draft picks."

I think "multiple third day picks" is a value risk for a young talent like Monroe.

Aren't the Dolphins 25.5 million dollars under the CAP for 2014? According to ESPN INSIDER. I think that would make them in the most apt position to make a few trades this year under the EXTENDED TIMELINE. If we are truly rebuilding, than we also can afford to acclimate new players into the new system. I just don't have faith in Ireland to make any solid transactions. If he can TRICK someone into taking Mike Wallace, I would instantly not hate him as much as I do :tantrum:

Talented guy having a meh start on the worst team around. If it is a couple mid-round picks, Ravens made out pretty good, imo. Jags need it too.

I think they probably just would like to keep seeing whether Jonathan Martin is any good at LT.

He's been bad thus far but he's not the kind of worst of the worst that he was a year ago, so who knows.

Was wondering if it would be moved - but figured with the constant talk of our O-Line needs, and that we play Baltimore Sunday, it was main worthy. Guess not?

Apparently the Steelers are finalizing a trade for OT Levi Brown from the Cardinals right now too.

OL help to be had... Guess we think we don't have a problem.

Relax people. No one knows who we talked to and what the player wanted to do. These players are so good the team they played for is letting them go for mid round picks? Tell me again how they will improve our line on their way to the probowl.

I admit, the right side of the line needs serious help, but that doesn't mean we think we're OK there because we didn't get someone a fan likes.

Considering their hot start, I don't think the Chiefs will be looking to unload for future help/picks, especially at a bargain price.

Deal gets even better for the Ravens.

@JasonLaCanfora: Jags are picking up the bulk of Eugene Monroe's contract with Ravens; BAL gets Monroe at $715,000, Jags pay $2.2M of his remaining salary...
