After reading this thread would you believe the following things. Tanny was 14-21 for 178 1-0 Wallace has 6 receptions for 99 yards and we are up by 7
Well, as ugly of a first half as that was, we're up 13-6. If the D can stay strong, and the offense doesn't shoot itself in the foot, I love our chances here
If miami pass rush stays this good with wake returning healthy after the bye and D could look very scary
those stats are deceiving. THill got lucky on the pick early and he under threw Wallace twice AND threw behind him one on 3rd down.
He's only been good the last 6 minutes or so, when he started using Clay and Bline with Wallace as the condiment. Pity the running game is so stagnant, to me I'd put Thigpen in at Rb just to mess with the defense
it took a while but the Offense finally started to get over their hangover from the Saints game. looking good. let's turn it up in the second half and drain the rest of their energy. it's getting nice and hot out now.
Can't believe we're up by a TD with all the mistakes. Missed blocks, penalties, dropped passes ... shows you just how bad the Ravens are playing right now ... yikes
how many receptions do Andre Johnson/Calvin Johnson or any #1 receiver usually have each week? Wallace will get there.
Might have been trying to save him from a big hit, or perhaps was expecting him to settle down in the zone rather than just running straight through.
That is not what it's for, a ferrari is not for a trip to the store to pick up bread. Buicks do that, ferrari's are meant for high octane performance
I know I am just saying that Tanne and Wallace just arent in cohesion, it may be RT that is reading wrong. I am just saying all the throws arent bad if RT is throwing where he intended, it is bad read not bad throw. That underthrow tho it didnt look like he followed through as he was hit
The fact that this kid is hanging in the pocket and without a running game is preety fu&$in cool..he really has no memory if the previous play..
Like i said if i paid that much for a ferrari, im driving that ***** to the convience store to buy milk even if i already have milk in the fridge
So it looks like Jacksonville is going to draft first overall and ruin another young QB. Whoever is #2 this year is going to get a hell of a DE.
Halftime show: Collectively: Ravens beating themselves, struggling for identity. Marino: Give Miami credit, they're better than they were last year.
I've got that game on in the background. Marvin Lewis and Andy Dalton are doing everything in their power to give the game away. Cincinnati's Defense on the other hand, Carlos Dunlap in particular, are playing lights out. Kevin Coyle out to bookmark this game tape for his preparation down the road. I don't think I've seen Tom Brady hit and sacked this much since that 21-0 game when New England said Nick Saban stole their calls. Cincinnati just got another sack (Burfict, I think).
With no running game and mostly s*** pass protection. It's not like he's been able to step into those throws cleanly. No QB completes 100% of his passes. I'll take this 2nd qtr passing from RT all day.
