3rd and 10 I tell ya what well have our WR run a 1 us route. Well done Sturgis only rook doing anything
Tannehill is playing terrible... accuracy is all over the place and he's under thrown Wallace about 4times deep.
How is that even a route on 3rd and 10. Really? That should not even be an option. It is 3rd and ****ing 10.
Heres what I dont understand...he put it right on the money for Clay but never seems to get it right for Wallace...
Hes been far from terrible. And it's not like he has any help from his running game and pass blocking.
Gannon made a nice point there about missing the Tight End blocking of Anthony Fasano. Was Kieth Jackson the last time we had a pro bowl tight end? I can't remember the last time this team had a really good TE, one that can get a 1st on a 3rd and 6.
When you can overcome bad referreing and still win, that's when you know you have a team. We'll see where the heart is NOW!
For a guy like Clay, its easy to hit him in stride like that. With speed like Wallace, its tougher to judge, especially downfield. To me, its like Tannehill is trying to always hit Wallace in stride downfield, rather than just throwing it deep, and letting Wallace run under it. With his speed, you dont have to be perfect, you dont have to hit him in stride, just throw it deeper than he is, he's got the speed to get it.
