If the orders are not clear, it falls on the general (or position coach) if they orders are clear and the soldier do not perform then it falls on the soldiers.

I'm looking at you Joe Philbin, are your orders unclear, or are your players incapable of performing as you instruct them.

If so, then replace them, if not, then your staff and yourself are failing and should be replaced. If you do not see this, you should be replaced.

W's and L's need no explanation, you said "...I trust my guys..."

apparently there is a problem there, and your trust is misplaced, if you do not see it, then the owner should replace you.

That was such a shi$$$ disappointing loss. Overcoming that pick six and playing pretty well until Clabo just snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Now, to rub it in 10x more, New England lost and we could have been tied going into next week.
We lose next week and the season is out of reach. Realistically, our only shot is winning the division, but we could easily finish last in the AFC East. This is not sky-is-falling, but facing reality. They ruined this uber-optimist. We have to win in New England next week to restore any faith

Nope, either the failure of the soldier falls on them, or the failure of the "leader" falls on them.

Wiping out everyone is counterproductive to achieving the goal

we must have read different art of war's

"If words of command are not clear and distinct, if orders are not thoroughly understood, the general is co blame. But if his orders are clear, and the soldiers nevertheless disobey, then it is the fault of their officers.—So saying, he ordered the leaders of the two companies to be beheaded."

No, we have different understandings of applications of Sun Tzu's lessons.

Not all 5 OLmen/Soldiers failed tocarry out instructions, only one did, Tyson Clabo.

As the video shows, the prostitutes were not decimated, only the two who failed to obey Sun Tzu's commands, the rest of them were thus instructed, took up the slack and the Ruler understood

Yes, I understand that only the ones that did not follow instructions received the punishment. My comment was more of a joke than anything.

With that view anlgp, the OL is the concubnes, they are either not instructed clearly, or they have failed to follow instructions, this is for Philbin to handle, if he does nothing the Ruler, Ross, needs to replace him.

  10. Philbin should be making the players life a living hell right now. These guys should be drilling and conditioning day and night and it should not stop until they execute.

Well now, they added McKinnie, one plank of Sun Tzu's idea is in place, the second plank is to make adjustments to plans (blocking scheme) prior to the next battle (game) under the "know thyself" plank of Sun Tzu's ideal.

One cannot rescue the Capt of a ship he sunk, then take the next ship on the same course and expect a different results.
