If isn't through a FFL and the authorities have proof of it, we got problems...

As long as you adhere to the laws as far as transfer of firearms.

On sending them to Connecticut...I have no idea.

But in Florida...I know that I can buy a gun legally and sell it to a convicted mass murderer as long as I file the transfer and check with the cops. If the "Check" is phony..and I don;t know about it..and it fools the cops...then it is none of my business and I can;t be found liable for it.

and yeah..that happens all the time. Happened in my family. My Father sold a handgun once, and the guy checked out fine. He used a fake identity. he was a felon. The cops asked my father politely to help them Identify the guy. They did. My father got a a check for $500 but the handgun was destroyed.

The subpoena may involve this about the gun-running and what not. That's my educated guess.

Eh, keep in mind they never could find the actual firearm, Pouncey is more than likely being leaned on to say he sold him the firearm that was most likely used in the murders to establish a chain of possession.

Fellas a bit of advice, NEVER listen to media lawyers, they have to blow things out of proportion to keep their jobs in the media

Anyone claiming they know what he will be questioned about is just bull****ting. Grand juries are not public.

This could be for so many different questions. Best thing is to just wait to get facts bc there are none right now.

I would bet that if his brother goes to NE, he gets served too

Anddddddddd guess who is coming to ole Foxboro this weekend RB? You guessed it, Pittsburgh.

Although after what happened to his brother and given the fact he is rehabbing an injury, me thinks he is going to skip this little road trip this coming weekend....

But Ryan Mallett had character issues in that draft. Couldn't draft him. :headwall:
