Maybe Clabo guts it up and remembers that he was a good player at one time.

IMO he is not much of a dropoff from Martin who has never shown much of anything.

    Lmao. Good one.

I hope he gets a boner thinking about the cap space we will have available for him next year...

Doesn't seem to matter, who ever is inserted at right tackle seems to be responsible for a Thill fumble every week. Epic fail on the part of Ireland.

Really good player, but we don't need him. DE is the least of our concerns.

Won't matter much if we're out-schemed and out coached like we were in the second half of the Pats game. Our OLine won the vast majority of their one on ones and played pretty damn well. Most of the sacks and pressure from the Pats came from free running guys that were coming free because they weren't accounted for, not because someone on the line blew an assignment. That's on the coaches. They have to account for that and have Tannehill and the backs prepared to account for a free runner.

I think Padre or Todd pointed out earlier that Tannehill never seems to have a checkdown. Tannehill also seems to have had most of his 32 sacks coming after play action, and many of the sacks given up by the backs or TEs.

Our OLine's rep is worse than they really are...

Was a free runner in the Pats game. Came from the left/blindside unaccounted for and hit Tannehill in the back and stripped the ball. Recovered by Ninkovich. Right tackle had nothing to do with it.

Fortunately, Johnson plays pretty exclusively at RDE, so McKinnie draws him. Unfortunately, Carlos Dunlap is still damn good.

Has anyone even noticed Nate Garner is on the team? I mean, other than him getting plowed on the blocked FG last week? Sheesh. Dude is raking in $1M per year on that 3 year extension he received last year.

When I saw the thread title, I was hoping it would be Yeatman.

I mean at this point could it be too much worse? Might as well give him a shot after we talked him up all offseason.

Yeatman should be gone after this season. If he couldn't get a shot beating out or replacing Clabo then that says what you need to know.

Really ? Dolphns being outscored in the 2nd half 61-24.....sounds like we need to shore up the D. Oh also worst D against the run in the 4th in the NFL giving up 5.5 yrds per run play

When you say our Oline ....you are referring to the Miami Dolphins Oline right? We are as bad as our rep, you're over analyzing things, it stinks.

I am thinking the same thing here. Since our OL is SOOOOO bad, why do we keep signing guys that can't play. I get it that some need developing, like recent draft picks, but come on now, how long do the others need to watch until they get to play. Apparently, Yeatman is taking up a roster spot when he has NO SHOT at playing. Is this a case of the coaches staying with 'experienced' guys instead of playing the unknown?

We should only return 4 OL at best next year, that's how bad out starters and backups are on the OL.

The OL coach should have been fired a month ago.

Ireland has to go by the end of December latest, the serious search for a REAL GM should already be in progress.

The OLine wasn't responsible for every sack, hit, or free runner in the Pats game. That is on the coaches and their schemes.
