Man! They just absolutely refuse to get back the guy who was the best receiver in camp and preseason, Chad Bumphis.

Its a logical move for a team that makes illogical moves. He knows the system he is a good STer and he may have picked up a few things on that other team .

A post about anything besides incognito and Martin? Please ban this user, post like this ruin the board when clearly the only thing that matters about the dolphins are incognito and Martin.

Haha but I loved marlon Moore was disappointed when we let him go. Glad we brought him back.

He's on their practice squad, the Dolphins can sign him to the active roster from there.

Not a fan as our fourth receiver.

Hey, at least he was one of three receivers to catch a TD last year.

Why? He brings a lot of value on special teams, knows the terminology, and we don't run many 4-WR sets.

This late in the season, it could be worse.

I thought when a player was signed to the active roster from the practice squad, he had to remain there for at least 3 weeks?

Always liked Moore. Seems very humble and hard working. He also brings a speed element that can be beneficial should he get time on the offense. His special teams is stellar as well.

I think that's the case when you pluck someone off another team's practice squad.

The dolphins waived richie incognito and resigned special team/journeyman Richie Incognito to bolster the special teams unit coached by Richie Incognito, and the WR unit after losing Richie Incognito to torn patella tendon. Head coach Richie Incognito had no comment.

That makes sense, and maybe why we just signed Spadola for one game, rather than a player from another PS, like Bumphis. They wanted the flexibility to make another move this week.

It's an indictment of depth...we already know his ceiling, and it's not that good at the receiver position..know the terminology, sure, plays special teams, ok, he's one injury away from playing a lot of ball.

With San Fran, played 48 snaps that were pass plays, thrown to 3 times, 1 catch. I can hardly contain my excitement that he is returning.

I agree with KB, why not Bumphis? He's shown 100x more ability as a receiver.

A lot of poor receivers are one injury away from playing a lot of ball.

At the end of the day, he can help the team win. It doesn't mean he'll be brought back in 2014.

This move makes more sense with the injuries. Jenkins and Carroll are injured. That is two of the main special teams players.
