That's what I was thinking. Not once did I hear anyone say that he had a character problems. Not one of the "great" analysts of ESPN, NFL network, etc. No one mentioned a thing...

The real culprit is the FO. And if Ross keeps dragging this on and on, he will become the main culprit.

Justice must be swift to allow everyone to move on. This FO has failed. Cut the FO now and move on with football operations.

This, on it's own is not a reason to blow it up.

This, on top of all the bad PR (Dez Bryant, calling the fan an *******), losing seasons, poor drafts, poor personal decisions and half full stadiums must lead to change. the organization, whether you think the media is piling on or not, is getting dragged through the sewer. It's time for Steve Ross to step in and clean house.

I have more problem with the fact he just isn't very good as an NFL lineman, than the fact his parents are lawyers. There was a reason he dropped out of the first round in the 2012 draft, but Ireland obviously didn't investigate enough and drafted him way too early in the second round.

I guess the fact his parents WERE lawyers and not alleged prostitutes was enough for Ireland to take him, even though he didn't play well in college, anytime he when up against a quality DE.

4-4, coming off a huge win vs Cinci, so of course "clean house".

This is what I mean when saying fans make for poor advice givers.

And what does any of that have to do with BSPN railroading Incognito?

Do recall, ol Keyshawn went in on Wayne Chrebet for being a white Wr, and now, since he sits in a chair in a studio, all is forgiven..are rather, never brought up any more.

It will make the culprits go away from the building and prevent them from mudding up the situation inside the building even further.

    Clean house.

We are not winning 10 games, which is what it will take to be a playoff team.

So your implying that the jets, chargers, or titans will win ten than. You have faith that they can improve on their first half , but none in your own team.... even though they're not as healthy and their schedules are tougher..... You just don't want this to happen do you?

I saw the guys on ESPN speak again, including Polian and Ditka, and I would say they made valid points. Yeah, there is probably some bias, but not nearly the level some of us are always looking for. They don't know everything, but they make a valid point. Good veteran leadership should never have allowed this to get where it was.

And the notion that some of the younger players actually viewed what was going on in terms of some of the behavior as normal was also telling. By no means does this excuse other teams from doing the same thing, but I am getting the impression this is definitely shocking to the league in terms of its magnitude. Whether we like it or not this has blown up and not every media source here has a anti dolphin agenda.

Most of those solid leaders are all playing on other NFL teams this year. Long, Bush, and Dansby were all let go after the 2012 in one way or another. They were the type of veteran leadership this team needs and doesn't have at this time.

I think Philbin wanted more control over the players on this team and those players were a threat to this control. Now Philbin is paying for not having any real solid veteran leadership on this team except Wake.

Why is it that the dolphins have a bullying problem, which in turns means the whole organization is dysfunctional and we need to clean house, YET, the Pats have a guy who was a violent, degenerate murderer on their team, yet, I can't recall anybody flaming the organization like we're getting. The media needs a boot full of perspective shoved up their ***.

Phone calls and text messages? I think those count as being NOT at the facility, and so far those are the worst of what we've seen.

My main point was, Incognito is obviously a borderline personality with anger issues and a huge ego. But that doesn't mean the whole Dolphins organization deserves to be fired because one of 53 players on a football team is a rotten apple. The media didn't suggest blowing up the Patriots front office for employing a sociopathic murderer so why should we be subjected to that just because our RG has a potty mouth and anger issues that he directed towards a guy his own size? I'm really not defending Incognito, I think his messages were way over the line, I'm just tired of all the ridiculous media coverage.

agree the problem with this fan base is that nobody is honest enough to see the problems that have been swept under the rug and now its about to explode on us .

if it is just two media people saying stuff then I would chalk this up to disgruntled jerks but this is a full blown scandal and is not going away . and too many people are saying the same darn thing now.

we have looked bad in our losses and we have fooled ourselves into believing that all is well when apparently things are not well.

Sucks that this happened. Incognito and Pouncey are my favorite two linemen. And I generally support a healthy frat atmosphere but this crossed the line IMO. I think Incognito went too far with this. I don't even like martin but incognito has to go. This just sucks

Far as I know the players on this team like Richie. Hard to believe that he is so much of a racist yet the rest of the team likes the guy. Richie has been railroaded imo and all this crap has been taken out of context. It is still too early to know exactly what happened but this is waaaay to fishy smelling to me. Got to be more behind these text then what we are seeing reported.
