Hello there gamers: Interested in which console thePhins' members will be primarily gaming on in this upcoming new generation of systems. Most of my HS friends don't game anymore and my Xbox Live friends list dwindles down by the day. Thought it would be cool to exchange Gamertags or Psn ID's for the upcoming generation. I am still uncertain about which console i will be buying (Although i do have an Xbox one pre-ordered on amazon). It seems as though the Ps4 has the better hardware this generation, Xbox has the better features and UI (NFL deal and fantasy football snapped apps) just really a lot of cool things that go with gaming and entertainment). Xbox Live GT: Jdroar
Neither actually. And I think I'm starting to grow out of gaming TBH. Just had to kick the perennial Madden monkey off my back.
You'll be back.... PS4 for me. I rarely play these days, but I keep them in my back pocket for when I have a rough week and want to veg.
PS4 for me but likely not until the next Madden at the earliest. I started with a PS1 and then 2 and 3 so it's just a natural progression for me.
PS4.... but likely not for a couple of years honestly. Have so much backlog to play on the current gen.
Its weird. I used to be a huge gamer. My first 360 went all red ring of death during Oblivion. Wife suggested I try WoW until we got another 360. Got hooked instantly and played nothing else for years. I was seriously hooked. Played first thing in the morning till work and then all night. A few months ago, I quit cold turkey. And have tried to get back into console gaming again, but I just can't. I've gotten bored with games I would have had a blue vein throbber for in the past, like Arkham City, Red Dead, AC, Injustice, etc. Maybe I'm just getting old.
And out of touch. Just kidding! I know how you feel. Played a ton growing up. All but gave it up during college. Graduated and I play more now. Not nearly as much as I used to. I tend to binge. I'll take a few months off completely, then I'll play hard for a few weeks, then take a few months off.
Accidentally selected both and neither... But that's kind of true. I don't think I'll buy either right away. But eventually I'll own both.
