If Cincy can somehow pull this off in OT and Denver wins, it was a good week

Yes Bengels need to kick a FG here in OT

Crap it's over. They'll run it 3 times now and kick a FG. Sucks the refs cheating against us and gave them two PI's in a row and esentially handed them a TD then we can't block and Thill fumbles.

The loss against Buffalo really stings. I can understand the refs screwing us against Balt and NE but come on, Division game at home against a practice team QB, playoff teams win those. THat IMO is a big case Philbin will need to redeem himself bigtime in my eyes before I get back on his wagon.

Baltimore over taking Cincy in the North could help us though !

It appears many people are overlooking the Steelers. Even though they are only 3-6 right now, they seemed to have no problem beating a Bills team today that the Dolphins lost to at home a few weeks ago. The Dolphins still have to play the Steelers and that is a game no Fins fan should think will be an easy victory for the Dolphins.

as someone who lives in steeler territory, you think higher of the steelers right now than their own fans

NFL.com is saying it's likely Locker is out for the year. Fitzpatrick is experienced but I think that hurts their chances.

Looking at the rest of the schedule, it looks pretty ominous. There's no telling which ones they can win or lose; TB, SD, Buf, Car, NE, NYJ X 2, Pit. They could lose any or win any of them. At most they can only lose 3 of them to have been considered a successful season.

Not feeling so great about our line against that Carolina D. 6 sacks and 2 turnovers against a good 49er team.

Wow, Matt Ryan is dog**** without both Julio and a healthy Roddy. A 61 QBR with 7 INTs the past 3 games, plus Atlanta point totals of 13, 10, 10. This is a QB who started the season with a 100+ QBR, 10 TD, and 3 INT through the first 5 games with Julio. Further proof of how much a QB's surrounding cast means to his success. Plus their ground game is suffering even more [42 yards/game] w/o anyone on the perimeter to scare a defense.

...but. but. but.. Harry Douglas has a whopping 22 catches on 33 targets for 252 yards the past 3 games so it's clearly Ryan's poor QB play that's holding him back. :shifty: This is the type of stuff that made me LOL at the suggestion Hartline & Bess were a solid starting duo simply b/c they posted good "yardage" stats. Obviously an offense won't cease to pass the ball regardless of the talent at receiver.
