On Monday Night Football Countdown, DeMaurice Smith just stated that they have their sights on Jeff Ireland in their investigation. He intimated that is due to previous incidents stating that what happened then was unacceptable and what's happening now would be unacceptable pending the completion of the investigation. Does anyone have an idea as to what he's referring?
Jeff... You were a great survivor player... but your time has come to an end. The tribe has spoken. Seriously though, I think Jeff finally gets chopped.
The shame here is that he is going to get fired because of this situation compounded upon other situations he has been in, when he should be fired on his record alone.
I don't think so simply because it wouldn't, to me, factor much into locker room conduct. Unless he's saying that Ireland is playing games if he can be afraid of a player's mother being a former prostitute but not Incognito with a history of outbursts.
Wow..Ross has already fired Ireland. When you go on national TV...and more then once back your coach..and not even mention your GM. Just hasnt been made official. But I would be shocked if Ireland is doing anything in an official capacity Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
I dont think he said anything about Ireland being a target of this investigation. Sounded like he just took a shot at Ireland over the Bryant question. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
Fired is fired bro....we all know it's a joke that he still has a job, whatever it takes to get him the **** outta here, I'm down with it. Thank you Jonathan Martin, lovely that one of his annual 2nd round busts will be his undoing.
Not an acceptable excuse. Call security or the ushers, and move on. Getting into an argument and swearing back at fans regardless of their state is not anything you want your high profile personnel doing.
I noticed he had a little note pad with him. Probably jotting down "to do's" for when he has more time on his hands.
Gonna be hard to let a guy go like that given how well he's pieced together that offensive line over the years. Stellar stuff there, Jeff.
I'm not sure how anyone can be confident Irish is getting canned. As preposterous as it is...how can you think Ross is going to up and fire him. I just don't think he has it in him.
