All drama aside, Put aside the Martingate , why are we sitting at 4-5 instead of 8-1? Not the ref's and I dare say it.......Not Jeff Irlends fault. He went out spent some money and improved this team talent wise. But this team is just not playing well because it has no game plan and the players look confused. Honest answer here: If you were to take Belichick and put him in charge of our ballclub do you think our exact same team would ne at 4-5? ! No way. That man makes adjustments like no other. We have coaches rotating out Cameron Wake and Starks during key plays!~ WTF? Its all on Philbin IMO. Sorry , if Irleand goes, and I believe he will, you need to clean house coaching wise. We have the talent, Irlend did his job in that respect. he just needs to be more of a human being and respect people. Just my $0.02 .

Wow. Welcome to Fantasy Island Tattoo.
If Belicheck was our coach and was stuck with this god-awful Oline (Ireland's fault - coupled with a dose of Jim Turner) we might be 5-4 instead of 4-5. I'd give us another win if the refs didn't keep calling false PI on Grimes for some reason. Look at the flip side of the coin. Last night we lost simply because Tampa's Oline played really well and forced it's will upon us at the end of the game. Our Oline couldn't force it's will on a comatose bunny rabbit.

I think it's more of a blocking/execution problem on both sides.

I do think both coordinators could call a better game.

Absolutely! Our defense gets no rest because Sherman calls plays at random........I really think he's flipping a coin up there! Still, Seeing Wake and Starks out of the game on the sidelines was a joke! What are they thinking? Yes Irlend didn't do enough on the Oline. That's obvious, he put his trust in Martin and it bit him BIG TIME. Apparently its OK to ask if Players mom smoke crack if they are from the hood..........but when your parents are Harvard Lawyers and you graduate Stanford , he just blindly accepts you. Still , I think Belichick could motivate any team. He can adjust , see weaknesses and leave no idle time for horseplay in the locker rooms.

Virtually every single aspect of coaching on this team has serious black marks this year, from the on-the-field product to locker room management. Right now the biggest thing Joe Philbin seems to have going for him is that he's an OK guy, and I'm waiting for something to come out of the Jonathan Martin debacle that exposes that as untrue too.

This team could be much better than it's record, if the coaching staff were any good.

Its everyone's fault, but since we have a HC who was an OL coach, and OC who was an OL coach, a main OL coach, and at least until recently had an assistant OL coach.....

How in the world did they all screw up this bad?

Coaches shouldn't have to worry about the locker room, IMO. Leaders of the team should handle it.

Let's see how they like being micromanaged. Thanks again, Martin

Last night really soured me on the coaching. That's twice in a pretty short span that the team was completely unprepared after a long layoff against an inferior opponent talent-wise.

How many players in the year and half has this coaching staff improved?
No one on the offensive line...no one, not even Pouncey has improved

Our QB has not improved under Philbin
    CLAY HAS SHOWN IMPROVEMENT
Wallace has been nothing and actually has been taking away production from Hartline

No one running the ball has improved under these coaches
Both Thomas and Miller have no right starting on any team

Defensive front 7 have regressed from a once outstanding line versus the run.
Soliai,Starks,Wake, are not having years like they have in the past

Our linebackers haven't shown anything under this coaching staff

Has Clemons and Jones improved...I think not

Grimes has been heaven sent, Carroll is Carroll

I don't see anyone on this team improving under this regime
and if one or two did out of this whole team...that's just inexcusable

The O-Line sucks we all agree............but I also think both the RBs are horrid and wouldn't be very good even with a solid line.
