This. I watch a fair amount of Houston ball and the NFL figured him out big time. He is a very limited QB, and a change of scenery is not gonna change that. I wouldn't be opposed to him as a backup for a backup salary, but I'm not giving up a pick for him or giving him a high salary.

looks consensual to me. Big Ben's Big Ben was a little too rough with the Beaver. That's all.

Yes. Absolutely. When i look around the mess of character this team is in with bullying, racism, extortion, weak wills and general lack of moral fiber being portrayed in the media, I think to myself, what this team needs is more rape.

    :pity:

I assume you are referring to the Georgia one... I was with you for a long time (scumbag rapist) until I was talking with one of my good friends who has a buddy who was in the bar that night... He said she knew what she was doing (no, he's not a Steelers fan). I don't know what to believe any more. I'm sure there's more to the story then ever got out.

If they have a replacement in mind, I'm sure they would. Big Ben is 31 and wanting 20+ mil a year in a new year. Doubt he'll see that contract wearing a Steelers jersey.

Matt Schaub blows. Hes not even a poor mans Ryan Tannehill. As a backup, MAYBE. Case Keenum is obliterating him in their little competition which is why Keenum is starting the last month or so.

If thats all it cost, no brainer. Ive always been a Roethlisberger fan. From a football standpoint, hes a top 5 or 6 qb in the game imo (Rodgers, Brees, Peyton, Brady, Ben and Luck...in the past id have put Eli in that group but hes playing like major crap this year). His off the field stuff is sketchy at best but the guy gets it done in big games and close and late situations. Too bad it would cost at least 1 1st and probably a few other picks so imo this is probably a pipe dream. But if it was available Id take Ben and flip Tannehill or Ben for more picks. I KNOW you can do better then a 4th for a 2x SB champ and 1x runner up and a guy who has lead his team to a handful of AFC Conference Championship games.

Sorry but for $21.0M I'd rather have something like Tannehill + Branden Albert & Michael Oher.

Yes for a 4th rounder, not for $20 mil, yes for half of that.

if we get a new coaching staff and gm, then NO. if we are stuck with our current incompetent staff, then YES. Hell, we'd might as well trade a 1st for him...it's not like we play our 1st round picks anyway under these idiots.

I absolutely respect the man as a QB, I think he's great...but about Three years ago I saw some behind the scenes footage, where I noticed that when he thought the cameras were off, he changed into Benjamin aka call me Tyrone " Rothlesberger..I mean like stop you in your tracks type fake *** white boy trying to be black...like yo son"..

Truest words I lve heard spoken...I mean like seriously, when our we going to understand that it's going to take a certain type player to play in this town and in that stadium..when are we gonna find a GM that understands this??

We need the toughest mother grabbers in college, I mean it needs to be #1 on the checklist..

Thats how I feel.If he hits wallace in stride in tampa we win the game but the touch is just not there for the long ball.Wallace and tannehill could not be more of a mismatch.
The reason wallace was so good in pittsburgh is because ben would extend the play and hit him long. These two traits I have not seen from tannehill. This is why I no longer see him becoming a great qb.

Except he admitted what he did , showed real remorse , served his time in prison and now does all sorts of charitable work for animal cruelty causes .....so there is that .

Id settle for him actually going to prison for rape, he is a rapist IMO, so if he came here I wouldn't root for the team until he was gone. It goes to show you how much of a hypocrite the NFL owners and the NFL itself is when a guy like him just goes about his business after raping someone and "settling" the case.
