Can't wait for all this to be over. But I do think it will be beneficial to everybody in this organization to stay away from Cogs.

Okay i'm fine with him riding up some golf instructor during an outing, who knows what was going on there and what motives were in play.

But this is like the 4th or 5th allegation against him and to me it just seems like he does nothing but cause problems, I personally would hate being around such a jackass and he is not the kind of role model for the young-ins i would want in my locker room. Just my opinion

    Really....this is getting tired.

Why dont they just let the NFL investigation take place. All of this will come out then.

Why would he make that up? What reason? Big pay day? Hardly. Who is running this asylum...the inmates, thats who! Cut all ties with Incognito and anyone who allowed this stuff to go on..simply embarrassing.

If true, Ross has to be concerned. Its one thing when it is players but if its "civilians" (so to speak) that have also been harrassed and embarrassed in front of others, you can't claim its just a locker room thing.

It could turn out that Ross is paying quite a few people, and its all because one person was allowed to stay and create a culture that was unacceptable. Also this will kill Incognito's NFL career. He will be seen as too much of a risk over what benefit you get from his play.

I also heard Richie Incognito took a dump in plain view inside a church, sacrificed two babies to Jobu to be a Pro Bowler, and may have actually been the planner of the Boston Marathon bombings. Per my sources, of course.

I doubt that is the motivation and you can't win a lawsuit easily on a "he said" only basis. But of there are mutliple eye witnesses to that, then Ross has a problem, Philbin has a problem, and of course you know who has a really big problem, because he is the one that drafted or advised the team to sign the players that are a problem.

Nothing is wrong with me at all and if i have somehthing to say to someone i don't hide it in small font. Is that what you do Dis lower your voice when you confront someone? Yes it would be funny if it was Martin because it would just continue to show the motives he has in all of this. What's funny as well is this need for you to make a victim out anyone that has been bullied, Like they dont have a voice, if that staffer sat there and took it then shame on him as much as shame on the players that ridiculed him and the other staffers that watched it happen and didnt do anything to help him. But what is mind boggling is you think its ok that they didnt do anything about it.

Did this staffer report it? To who? what was done? nothing? then what did the staffer do? Did he hire a lawyer to take the oragnaization to court over work place harassment. He said there were many staffers that saw it happen many times....if he reported it and let it stop there at the management level and didnt take it further then he is as much to blame for this to continue happening then he can only look at himself in the mirror. If this was such a big deal why is it coming out now? Why not when it happened.

There's zero place for that kind of behavior in any work place but don't you dare act like it's not the responsibility of the victim to report this, and if nothing was done at that level, then take it to court. If you act a coward bullies will continue to treat you as such. But to come out however long it's been since that incident and dog pile on when he should have been proactive and he himself take this further is truely cowardly and by his inaction could have caused other to go through simular experiances.

What's also funny is how these ex players on the pregame shows (mark schlereth) come out and make comments like "nothing like that happened in Denver or Washington and if it did we had leaders that would stop it" BS BS. I am sure Bill Rominoski was a model citizen in the loacker room. I will agree that yes they probably had good leadership that dealt with it, but ask youself, how did they deal with it? hmmm. The more players say it like it is like Farve did then the more it shows that this isnt just a Dolphin issue this is a league issue and "good leadership" has been covering it up so the media dont find out.

Why are you so sensitive to this. Has no one ever busted your balls before? Martin has mental issues. Thats not a joke, but HE chose to play in the NFL where men act the way they do. Everyone gets unfairly harassed from time to time. I Have yet to hear anything substantial at all so far directly involving Martin beside..... "they hurt my feelings". Has Martin claimed anyone ever laid hands on him?

This is coming from a former local writer on a reputable website right after the pertinent part of the investigation concluded, and it would be completely in line with what Incognito has done in the past.

    It's almost certainly true.

What does have to do with Martin? This is about a staff member that was subjected to racial jokes. Further, these racial jokes were made infront of management and staff, and were reported addressed.

Assuming this is true, and putting aside whatever it may have to do with the Martin investigation, can we all agree that Richie Incognito is a complete jerk who shouldn't be representing our team in any capacity anymore?

    Can we agree on that?

Because people have had remarkably terrible opinions on this that don't even come close to lining up with common sense and ethics, much less even a marginal understanding of the bullying and mental health aspects.

At the very least, I would hope everyone at this point agrees that Incognito is a jerk. Obviously he is done with the team.

Going forward, I think you would be hard pressed to say you don't want jerks representing the team. Take any random sample of 53 people, and I'm sure you will find plenty of racists, homophones, *******s, etc. The real issue is whether this behavior was permitted to any degree by the coaching staff, management, etc. That is where this needs to be directed.

I'm not cool with this if it's true.

Jonathan Martin's supposed bullying is IMO completely different from something like this. The players are like brothers to one another. They rag on each other but they also have each others' backs. There are all kinds of reports that Richie Incognito was the first to rush to Martin's aid whenever something would happen in practice, etc. These players hang out together, they exchange like 1100 texts with one another in a short year and a half, etc. In fact, I've seen reports that say that when Martin met with Wells and gave his testimony, he specifically labeled Richie Incognito his FRIEND and refused to single him out.

So let's not make this report about Jonathan Martin.

This is something completely different, and it's foul. That staffer is not a "brother" to those players, and he's not likely a friend to them either. He doesn't hang out with them outside of the facility. He is a grown man, but if he's a normal guy then he's probably considerably smaller and considerably weaker than them. Depending on how high up in the organization the staffer is, he may even feel uncomfortable with the idea of directly confronting the players about their bullying because he may feel they're much more secure in their jobs than he is. They almost certainly are a higher pay grade than him.

This is much more along the lines of the despicable behavior that Richie Incognito displayed at the Dolphins charity golf event. And that behavior honestly has me outraged. I don't really care about Jonathan Martin's claims. I think, unless there's new evidence that we don't know about, his claims are mostly bogus. But I *do* care that Richie Incognito sexually assaulted a female volunteer at the charity event, physically intimidating her with the golf club, grinding on her and then spraying water in her face in full view of a bunch of other people. I care about that. I care that the Dolphins paid her off, drew up a gag order and swept the whole thing under the carpet. I care about that. And I also care that evidently players were engaging in the same kind of behavior with team staffers.

I hate to say it, but this organization has fallen hard since the Dave Wannstedt days. At least under Wannstedt, the powers that be treated people within the organization with dignity. When we hired Nick Saban, that ended. I remember stories coming out after Saban was hired about how he would not tolerate any staffer even saying hello to him. That only got ramped up with Bill Parcells around. Bill Parcells is the worst thing that ever happened to this franchise.

Racial jokes? Nothing other than the fact that its the same sh*t we keep hearing....Incognito joking around inappropriately. Is it right? No. Should it be corrected? Yes. Is it a big deal worthy of all this attention? No.

In front of management is the only thing that sets my radar off on this because it seems unprofessional for them not to have a quick word with him. Again, was he joking? I honestly didn't read the article nor care to. This is all stupid sh*t.

I don't understand the hyper sensitivity with people nowadays.

Edit: Wanted to mention that what was reported involving the woman at the charity event was more than wrong.

You trust Jason Cole, the Pillsbury Doughboy? He is fat disgusting fvck, proven Dolphins hater, and I wouldn't blindly trust anything he has to say.

This part sounds really fishy to me:
So, Cole is saying Incognito went to all the trouble of bringing some sort of clothing unique to the culture of a particular staffer with him to work, just to make fun of the person? Let's speculate who it could be for a second. One of the assistant trainers is of Japanese descent. So, did Richie bring a kimono to work to prance around the locker room in? Do we have any staffers who are Mexican -American? Maybe he brought a sombrero and a serape to work to wear and spoke in his best Jose Jimenez accent?

Certainly there is a spectrum in which these racial jokes could have fallen. But generally speaking, the staff isn't going to have the same type of friendly relationship with players than the players will have amongst themselves. Its very likely that these were done in a friendly manner.

Yeah. Even if we take Martin out of the equation, between the golf outing and possibly this it seems rather clear they need to distance themselves from Richie. He may not be willfully malicious, but the overgrown drunken frat boy antics really set a bad example from a team leader and doesn't set a professional tone for the locker room.
