The problem is that when he took them to the prison the governor never thought they'd actually have to do anything. Rick threw him a curveball which is kind of why he flipped out again. I'm almost positive the governor is dead, looks like Lilly finished him but who knows.
Great episode... far exceeded my expectations. I need to recount who is with whom after the battle ended. but first, if you guys don't think Bob is the one with the rats and the experiments I don't know what to tell you. It's totally him. Although in a surprise twist it could be Carl. Groups together now (although I'm going to rewatch the episode because I'm not totally sure of these)... Glenn in the bus with the recovering sick Rick and Carl Maggie, Sasha and Bob Tyreese and Carol's "kids" (which is an obvious setup for a future reunion with Carol, since Tyreese doesn't know who killed his hottie) I'm not sure where Beth (bus?), Daryl (with Bob's group?), Michonne and the Governor's hottie (Lilly) are.
Bob has something wrong with him (to add why it's him). he knows medical stuff... he's experimenting on animals for a reason.
Daryl is with Beth... Beth wanted to find Judith (IIRC) but Daryl said they had to leave. People THINK that Tyreese picked up Judith and that she isn't really dead. I'm not sure where Michonne ended up though.

yeah, wife was just watching it and I saw that Beth is with Daryl. Tyreese is with all the kids. But I'm pretty sure Judith is dead. Why would the car seat be filled with blood? Judith became an appetizer to a walker.

Carl shot her though so you don't need remains to confirm her death. They didn't include Judith in the Talking Dead "fallen" montage either so I imagine she's alive. I guess we'll find out in February though.
I thought it was an intense episode. I think Bob was the one feeding the rats too. I'm glad someone else thinks it too. He was in two groups before and was the only survivor each group. He's either the luckiest man alive, or up to something. I bet the latter.
I loved the episode I have to say I am 90% certian Judith is still alive, just so they can play up the reunion later since the group is split at the moment.
I don't even remember seeing Tyreese running under that bridge before it blows up... will have to go back and rewatch.

Lilly's sister is still unaccounted for too, not sure who she was last seen with, just that she was freaked out by all the shooting. She probably won't last long into the 2nd half of the season though. Tbh, I would love to see a zombie baby. I've got a few candidates on who I would want to see picking it up to burp it too.
I think Lilly's sister could very well have taken the baby. She looked shocked when that first grenade went off, but was it the grenade or that she saw something that caught her eye (baby in a carrier unattended)?
it is odd that both Judith and Lori have "died" without a body. It's an inconsistency that makes me think this show will use it as a way "out" in the end.
Well we know Lori died because Carl shot her so she wouldn't turn... Judith is just missing for all we know.
it's just interesting... everyone else we see a body... a gruesome display... yet not Lori. I wonder if she had it written into her contract that if she got "killed off" the show, they wouldn't actulaly show it? Wouldn't be surprised.

I think the bloody seat is trickery. Someone who had been shot (non fatally) picked up the baby and dripped in the seat.....the baby is alive.
