So he's got a torn ACL, so while he was a potential 1st round pick a couple weeks ago, now he should slip a good deal. Now, I am very high on Tannehill and believe he can be a very good QB. That being said, I would take a flyer on this guy if he falls far enough. My question to you all is, at what point in the draft would you take this guy if he were there, or would you take him at all?
3rd rd is probably as high as I would go. Even before this injury I worried about his ability to move/handle the rush. He also has some accuracy concerns IMO (may be tied to mechanics, I don't know enough about that to say).
Phins don't need him. If I'm the Cardinals, Mettenberger is about prefect to sit and learn behind Carson Palmer.
