These guys have been making amazing plays the past few weeks. The TDs today were phenomenal. Hartline's evoked comparisons to HOFs from Dan Fours.

I consider both to be playmakers.

That Hartline TD was just about as impressive as the one Santonio Holmes won the Super Bowl with a few years ago.

Clay definitely, Hartline in spurts (especially lately).

Hartline should have caught that one along the sidelines, but the TD was beautiful and he's earning his money.

    More importantly, Hitman's a leader.

Don't forget about Thomas. The fact that he even played is pretty amazing not to mention all the plays he made today to help us win this game.

Hartline the best WR in the league at the sideline catch.

He also runs great routes. Not the fastest guy and he has a tendency to fall down but the Dolphins are lucky to have him.

His work along the sidelines is very much like Raymond Berry and Fred Biletnikoff.

    Wow....:smackhead:

Hartline is by far one, if not the best in the league at making catches on the sidelines and placing his in bounds. He's made countless key catches/plays this year and as usual hasn't dropped many. He's td's are up this year and is on pace for career #'s in all categories. I would love to see you backup up your statement that Hartline sucks with any information or valid points in support of it.

Clay has also been amazing! What a year he is having. Especially when this team needed him most! He's stepped up in HUGE fashion. He has made so many key plays and most on the fact of his hard effort alone. Effort isn't all he has though. He's displayed great hands and shown he can not only block but be relied upon as one of the more consistent go to guys.

Both players have been had great years and have been valuable keys to much of the success of this offense.

We finally have some players making plays for our QB. I think that if we we brought back Keller, he and Clay along with Wallace (assuming improved chemistry), Hartline, Gibson and Matthews would be a nice set of targets. Pair that with better blocking and a decent run game and we have a diverse and potentially explosive offense.

Both are very solid. I've been a Hartline fan since he was at Ohio St. and was pumped when the Fins drafted him. He's really developed well, and we're lucky to have him locked up. Clay has just gotten better every season and both now have a great thing going with Tannehill. We'd all like him to get on the same page with Wallace too, but two out of three is a great start.

The catch and tap by hart was so good, such a degree of difficulty because of the pace that Ryan put on the ball, Ryan had to throw it as hard as he could because his window was closing fast, and Hartline just made a sublime head to toe syncronized play..

Charlie's was just as good, the balance required on that play, the strength in the lower body is reserved for great players..I think he's past good and entering another level, the man is so freakin valuable..

    My goodness, great individual efforts..

To go up there and stay mentally tough...somethin special brewin in that locker room..

Glad Hartline ran all the way back across the field and told the coach to challenge that bs call.

They are both having fantastic years...mostly because of their work ethic and want to excel, but I can't help but realize the Wallace factor here. Not taking anything from Hartline and Clay because they are having great seasons, but Wallace helps make this stuff happen just by being on the field. It was what I expected from him as far as making an impact on this offense, and I'm glad to see it. I DO wish Tannehill would figure out throwing to him, we're leaving a lot of points on the field.

But ya...I started liking Clay with some flashes he had previous to this year...and this year he's shown he deserves the 1 TE/Swiss Army Knife role.

I have to admit Hartline has taken a step forward without the pressure of bring the #1. I have to say I would like more playmaking ability to at least rotate in with him at times but I'm a lot higher on him than I was to start the season.

They were today. That TD by Hartline was as good a play as you will see and the one by Clay shedding those tackles was unreal.
Gotta admit when Deej saw something special in Clay he was right and I am happy to admit that.

Agree. I like Hartline a lot. Reliable chemistry with our QB. I wish he was more of a playmaker, and think there are better #2s out there, but if Gibson comes back, chemistry improves with Wallace we have a good corps IMO. Enough for Tanny to elevate his game.
