In Talib's defense, Hartline should have said, "quote, unquote, top-rated corners....." Still pales in comparison to Steve Smith's "Ice up, son" post-game comments.
I was thinking exactly the same thing when I first read it. Made me venture into my upstairs computer to recall whether or not Talib was a safety!
Talib is kind of an ******* it seems, so it makes sense that there's a little talking going on. I did love seeing the Steve Smith/Talib thing. To quote the great @ZizekOnNFL twitter:

Hartline actually says quote unquote a lot in interviews. He said it twice in that article at different times. That said he his probably hoping that Talib doesn't shoot him or maul him and try to injure him like talib tried to do Steve Smith. Talib should have been ejected in that game. Hope Hartline or who ever faces that POS doesn't end up injured. And hey, Hartline isn't a cab driver or dating Talib's sister, so he'll probably only get the mauling.
