A short video of Cam Wake mic'd up for the Pats game. He himself says that he is boring to the camera at one point... Cam does seem to be pretty quite, but he let's his game do the talking I guess. I hope Wake continues his high level of play for years to come; he is my favorite Dolphin by far! Also, I got pumped up re-watching some of those plays. Bring on the Bills! Link via miamidolphins.com
I think it's worth noting how much the Patriots blocked Cameron Wake in pass rushing situations with Tight Ends in that video. PFF had a blurb about it in their review:
He is very talkative........... that boy just plays football not interested in the talk game...love it...
At the 1:12 mark Wake actually says "I don't say much, kind of boring, just let the pads doing the talking, right"
He's a quiet dinosaur...I like the little Kracken tease at the end when he was coming towards the fans and the tunnel. I heard Eric Davis refer to hardy and whether he was going to release the Kracken... Sucks..we might need another nickname for this beast.
And there's the reason why we didn't see much, if any, of him on Hard Knocks. Which is good. I prefer the quiet, hard worker who lets his play do the talking rather than the BS artist who can't back it up when it matters.
I am really disappointed you haven't added any commentary about his ridiculous physique in the slow-mo shots.
Just as I suspected. Brady sounds like a 200lb tampon when he's hit. Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk 4
I was hoping you could shed some light on his arm definition. I consider myself to have some decent sized arms, and tricepcs, but any tips on getting cuts like he shows in the slow-mo shot of his arm? It's coming up on shredding time after the hollidays, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! I do the typical arm routines, but looking for something else for help with definition and cuts. Yes, I hijacked this thread for workouit tips from deej...
To get lines and deep cuts like that comes with muscle maturity and years of strict routines.. So without knowing your age, and how long you've worked out, and what your body looks like in the present, and what your schedule is like, there really isn't a Majic formula..it all starts with diet, if definition is what your after you must remove a good part of fat from your diet..get yourself at least three solids a day that has a source of protein in each..try to space those three meals at least 4 hours in between..if your trying to cut weight, then that last meal is important to cut some of your complex carbs, protein and veges, salads at night (if your health permits) are an easy way to cut some weight, without knowing you I won't get into to many nutritional tips..except for those. When it comes to training, maybe try to get into a morning cardio nightly weight training routine..if that's not reality for your lifestyle, then just get yourself in the proper mindset for your workout, and hit it hard, really concentrate on slowing your form, and using a full range of motion, really put your mind into the form your doing at that particular time, don't cheat for one inch, if the body part can't do the exercise properly in a full range of motion then drop the weight some so it can..once again without knowing your health history I won't get into to many details, just know that the lines, deep cuts, and definition your looking for comes from no secrets but excellent nutrition and consistent weight training. All exercises done properly with proper focus on the body part can be beneficial to the body..so do them each the best you can.
Thanks brother! When I get some time I might drop you a PM with some more info if you don't mind, for some individualized advice. I'm going to be switching up with a new routine right after the New Year, so I will definitely take this advice and any other that is more individualized and put it into practice!!!
