If that "somebody" is an average NFL fan, then yes, it's mind-boggling to me considering the entire NFL world knew Parcells was el toppo doggo performing the actions that we'd normally associate with that of a GM. If you didn't pay any attention to football in 2008 then you've got nothing to worry about b/c my statement wouldn't apply to you. Just curious but when you play poker do you get this easily confused when a wild is added to the deck and the ace is no longer the high card?
Average NFL fan is cool. It's a whole nother ball game when average NFL fan is mouthing off about what happened on the field when they've never played or coached a snap and haven't seen 30 seconds of coaches tape. Or talking down on the GM with zero scouting or personnel experience. Reminds me of the "I watch History Channel and Private Ryan is my fave flick" military experts. And the retort is always the same. Just cause they don't know jack sheeeit that doesn't mean their opine is any less valid. But it's cool. If there were no idiots in the world who would the rest of us have to laugh at?
So uh, when's the next banner gonna fly? Remember this time that kickoff is at 1pm. Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk 4
