If I could somehow put in the Jackie Davis track in there... I mean there's gotta be some sort of instructional video.
I'm all for trying new things re: health and fitness. The wife and I picked up some organic cold pressed coconut oil at Vitamin Shop. After a few days, my mouth does feel a little healthier and cleaner. It's not easy swirling for 20 minutes in my crazy house with 3 kids and all, but the swirling and coconut oil itself is no big deal. Thanks for sharing this.
No problem, I like to share new interesting **** I find. Try to pull it through your teeth more than just swish.
Btw, been doing the oil-pulling for about a week now. My toenails have never been shinier and can shred corrugated metal.
Thanks for the heads up, Slick. The article I was reading online says people in India have been using this technique for a few thousand years with different types of oils, but Coconut works the best. I don't have any dental problems being a water-pik, brush and floss person, but I'll definitely be giving this stuff a try.
Been dipping my dong in coconut oil. Not sure what it's supposed to improve, but my girl doesn't mind it.
That's baaaaaaaaaa...a-a-a-a-a-ad Thats more a sheep noise though isn't it. What sound's a goat make?

Which reminds me. My sig on a Bills site is; bigbrys bait and tackle shop-open all year long. So yeah, I had Bills fans searching for that in Colorado. Bills fans...hahahahahahahah
With oil pulling, do you brush your teeth before or after or both? Also, I find a lot of saliva pooling in the 20 minute process.
After. Yea it's pulling everything out of your gums so that'll happen. A lot of it is congestion from your face and head. Idk if I posted this before but I'm big in to theraneem toothpaste and mouthwash. Neem is a plant that people in India and the middle east have been using forever to clean your teeth. In a lot of countries they just chew on the actual plant itself. It's got natural healing properties and really cleans everything better than anything else I've ever used. Can't believe how white my teeth are compared to a few years ago.
Yea, it pulls a lot of the garbage out of your sinuses, which for me is huge bc mine are ****ed this time of year. Absolutely. Vitamin D and Cod Liver oil are both really good for your teeth also.
We take a lot if D and 3-6-9 Omegas. I do find a 20 or so minute "loogie " period where a lot of phlegm and snot shakes looks and I can expel. I like that!
That's good, both of those really do a lot for your whole system. Oh ya that's all it is. The amount of **** it takes out is def noticeable. Earlier I felt **** moving out from the top of the back of my neck lol
What exactly do you mean by "pulling"? I swirl and swish. No way I'm gargling this crap. But what physically is it to pull?
I think it refers to pulling the oil through your teeth. That's what I do. That or it just refers to the concept of the oil pulling bacteria out of your mouth. Come to think of it, that second one is the most likely definition.
Any updates…. "After" photos? I oil pulled for seven days then forgot. So maybe oil pulling causes forgetfulness.
Work it into your usual routine, Rock. Put it in a squeeze bottle. Squirt it all over your face. Then scoop it into a champagne flute with your fingers. Then tip it into your mouth and gargle it as long as possible before looking into the camera and swallowing.
I did once consider pouring mineral oil in my ear to remove ear wax. Seemed dangerous so I didn't do it. I opted for hot water in the shower. You do not have my permission to 'finish' to that visual.
Like I said, it takes time to see notable changes if your teeth are in decent/good shape to begin with.
