A mere baseless rumor could prove catastrophic to our future, if it falls into the mix of a very closely weighed and balanced decision, of a prospect, highly interested, but easily deterred until signed to a contract. Seriously need to put a gag on this character, who could be spinning out a far more damaging impression to prospects, than what any actual half baked plot he insinuating, might ever spawn.
To me, all this is, is Ireland was the conniving backstabber and he was the one the wasn't on the same page with everybody and so he was fired. he "resigned" because he was going to be stripped of his power, which basically means he was going to be stripped of his title as GM and someone new would be brought in over him, so yes, he was basically fired as GM.
Of course it's on her. She is the contract guru. If 13 million is going to hit the cap this year if we get rid of Ellerbe and Wheeler who's fault is it? She did the contract. Maybe we can find a way to blame Sparano? I am sure someone will try in.......3.......2........1
