Cam probably would be better if he had Harbaugh like how Kap does.

What about the flag for the massive left tackle holding that was right in front of the ref?

Bet the Dolphins don't get the PI/tripping call there.

  8. I don't see either of these teams beating NE

Now even with that, I say Denver wins this game. Not enough time and Denver Offense is too good but imagine if SD wins, wow Denver fans two years in a row losing like the way they would.

San Diego clearly haven't played well enough to win, but if I were a Charger fan I'd be really upset about the PI call on that last Denver drive right about now.

Win or Lose, SD Fans should be happy with their team. They had a 1% chance to even make the playoffs, they did. They were 5-7 and they are now 7 points from taking this game to OT and potentially playing for a AFC Championship game. They are only down 7 against arguably the best team in the NFL.

Game with the 1st down but should of had more if their own player, #80 didn't knock down the runner, LOL.

Gotta give Chargers credit for getting this far, they won games when they had to, while other teams choking.

I'm going to predict a Broncos vs Seahawks SB and Seahawks winning it.

The back breaker was that 3rd and long conversion. Can't have a guy that wide open.

Dude, I love ya but youre citing Brandon Lafell whose best attribute is his run blocking, Ted Ginn whose best attribute is his return game skills, and a freaking fullback as weapons! Hes got ageless Steve Smith and Greg Olsen and a broken down DeAngelo Williams who is half as explosive as he once was. Cam never had much of a chance today once the Panthers failed to score on those 2 goal to go situations in the 2nd quarter.

Cam's accuracy is well ahead of where Kaepernicks is. Has been all season. When i watch Kaepernick I am less and less impressed every time. There is nothing better about him then Cam Newton except being 2nd best in a 2 man discussion. Your boy has a practically perfect team around him and he still wont get it done.

Based on the above, how arent they? Newton has a better completion % and hes more accurate when you watch the games and replays. Kapernick takes more sacks despite having a much better OL which jives with his general lack of instincts. They took away the read option from him and he fell back to the mediocre and to me generally uninspiring.

From the TV angle it looked like SD was in cover 2 and the safety was covering inside instead of outside where maybe he should have been.

Im happy Denver won though because I think Peyton can get it done vs NE and Im not sure SD would have even been healthy enough to do so.

I haven't changed my mind one iota, that guy is not great, I call him overrated because of how you describe him, "great"... Come on man...he didn't have his great running game to rely on, had to wait til Denver started playing off coverage..

Yeah I wanted SD to win because I had money on them but realistically I want the Pats out and Denver is the best chance for them to win! I want Seattle-Denver, if NE wins then Seattle-NE because I think Seattle D can handle Brady. 49ers-NE I think Pats win the Super Bowl

Rivers may not be "Elite" be he is a top QB in the NFL, imo. There are different levels in the NFL, He is in the level behind Brees. Peyton incase anyone was wondering is in his own level

Put on the tape last year in the playoffs then come talk to me about newton, when he can do things like that in playoff time we can debate, until then Kaepernick has shown he is a Qb that folks just refuse to give in too..you can use those stats as well if you wish.

Going into Seattle and winning is no easy task, and you know why..To me the advantage Seattle has is so out of whack it's gonna take him to have an incredible football game to win..but I wouldn't count that dude out, he's an onry sob, and that my brother is why he is a great player.. Super competitiveness + playmaker= good enough to lead your team to championship football games..

Hmmm, he's going against my other Qb next week...I don't know how to root on that one..

He's not elite...he's not top 10 therefore he (maybe barely for you, but not for me) is not "great".... And that has always been my argument.

Great...what...the guy had three hall of fame football players on his team throughout his career and couldn't accomplish jack sh@&...

He had a backfield of LT and Darren sproles with Antonio gates in route....lol...of course he can put up some numbers with those threats on the field, all three are win matchups..but when pressure constricts the pocket he doesn't have enough..

Like I said, they took away the read option from him and he drops down to mediocrity. Everything about his year this season was mediocre. Kaepernick didnt get it done in a big spot last year either. 4 shots vs the Ravens and no TD? What happened? When he gets it done in crunchtime talk to me about how Cam Newton cant. If Newton had that team they would be going for their 2nd straight right now.

The one thing we agree on here is that going in to Seattle is a *****.

And how many yards did Ryan Matthews run for when the chargers beat the broncos earlier..

And how many completions did rivers complete against the bengals?

Rivers just had his 2nd best season without Jackson, LT and Sproles...whats the excuse for that? He completed nearly 70% of his passes (his career best) because McCoy actually has a freaking clue unlike Norv Turner thinking he can still run a downfield offense without V Jax and LT and Sproles. Gates is a shell of what he was. How does it happen when his best outside wr is a 3rd round rookie and Eddie Royal?

Rivers luster did fade for a while, whether it was his fault, Turners or some combination there of. He brought it back strong this year. Hes back as a top 10 QB. Anyone who can put together a year like he had with such crappy weapons and 5 (yes 5!!!!) different left tackles is a borderline elite qb. And his sacks were down to boot.

Matt, in all of their primes he had LT..Sproles..Gates..Seau..

If the hall of fame inducted third down backs Sproles would be a shoe in..

Hypothetically, he played with three hall of fame football players, on offense, and didn't accomplish sh&$..THREE...Joe Montana can't even say that..

Constrict the pocket, limit his space to set up his delivery.....done...
