I can agree with that. So the question is did the expectations surpass the player? Or is he just that bad?

 

Crowder may be leader on the team with tackles but i wouldnt mind him making tackles in the backfield, a couple of INTS and Forced Fumbles once in while but he just makes tackles and if alot of them are 4-5yds downfield then making numerous tackles really doesnt cut it for me. If JT had as many tackles as Crowder he would cause turnovers and cause damage to Offenses. Crowder just does not do it for me. He isnt a MLB IMO.

 

The thing with Crowder for me is he said he doesn't like to do film study, etc. and we know that is what has helped Zack overcome his physical short comings (pun intended) and become the type of player we all love. Crowder, on-the-other-hand, doesn't seem to have the same work ethic as Zack, so many of us are a little disappointed. If Crowder did he could be outstanding! Zack = overachiever; Crowder = underachiever.

IMO, Channing has turned out to be Morlon Greenwood Part Deux.

 

While i understand you're saying this obviously to keep him as a 3rd QB or a PS player, i just dont think the kid will play at all so dont keep your hopes up. Unless beck and lemon get hurt and god i hope they dont, you wont see this kid play a day of football in his life.
