    Left SFL, but never the Fins...
    The OC is important, but the GM will guide this team's talent into the future, or at least his immediate future... Being deliberate isn't a bad thing in either search...

    I'm sensing Kubiak is the selection. I think Philbin likes the safety blanket of an uber experienced coach.

    And he could no doubt Help Philbin in a ton of ways. Would be silly not to jump all over someone like Kubiak. Kubiak's experience alone is worth his weight in gold. Maybe he could show Philbin how to not need the cue cards. Nah seriously, I hope he is the choice. Would make so many things easier next season and help with the Offensive transition
