    I would be happy.

Got to interview him and cement the deal before someone else does. I started a thread about this very thing and I was told I had to relax and was called:cry: a bad fan lately

Mean while everyone else is getting hired

    But I am just relaxing

I thought we already had interviewed him..that he even presented the Phins with an EKG to prove he was healthy

I really feel that is going to be our pick. I think they were just waiting on Detroit to decide..and we did McAdoo a right by giving him the interview so he would get New York's best offer. I gotta think we know by Tomorrow at the latest
    ...maybe even tonight its Kubiak.

I would be happy with that choice

Not sure about the helping Mcadoo thing. The other observation there is the friendship between Philbin and Mcadoo. Would be pretty ****ty for Philbin to get fired next year and Mcadoo be promoted Interm or permanently. Especially after Philbin having to ax Sherman. Must have been tough to do.

So far so good imo, we dodged the bullet on two over rated OCs and did not make the mistake of hiring an inexperienced GM, and have interviewed some good candidates.

I see no confirmation that Kubiak has interviewed for the position. Early reports of interest have been retorted. The job is not a good job. Walking into failure for a year does not blossom confidence. The people that keep saying it should be a good job because the OC can replace Philbin in a year are partially ******ed. Offensive production is clearly related to the head coach still having a job next year. It very much looks like a 1 year position. Thanks Mr. Ross.

why would it be a 1 year job? If the coordinator comes in and the offense does well, presumably, we'll be in good shape and hopefully we had a winning season. Then we won't be firing philbin or the OC.

Unless of course you think the OC will come in and the offense won't improve at which point, yeah, **** that guy. He failed and he should be fired anyway.

    it's a job not a charity.

And if a handle is not gripped with all this "untouchable" media crap (I swear we can not overcome the bad PR), this situation may very well be what happens.
