If we had a good Wr coach it Woukd be Cool

I say now that Armon Binns will break out next year he had Amazing Camp before injuring his Knee..

He is almost a Marshall Clone but faster .

Wallace,Hartline,Binns,Gibson,Matthews is Music to my ears we should draft a wr who can play all wr positions...

Tight End we should try to bring in Graham if he hits Free Agency Or Keller or hell draft This Tight from Uconn Eric Ebron..

Yeah, maybe that would help? I'm sure someone will chime in on the coach... As for the lineup, that sounds pretty great to me! Binns was really coming on. I think Matthews and Gibson will battle it out for the 3 and 4 spot though.

There is no way NO lets Graham walk. They'd have to be sick in the head! But if they did... could you imagine Graham and Clay together??? That'd be sick! I have no problem if they bring back Keller either, he was a great team player.

I would love to add a Jacoby Ford, Emmanuel Sanders, or Andre Roberts to the core.

I think the Dolphins are at a point with skill position players that they need to look at what their plan is rather than just acquire talent, because you're running into opportunity costs in terms of snaps. You've got five weapons whom deserve(or will get anyway, in one case) significant snaps in Hartline, Wallace, Gibson, Matthews and Clay. You can balance and work that well, but if you're adding another guy you need to figure out how it's going to work.

The two big questions I think you have involve the plans for Mike Wallace(He's much easier to get rid of after 2014), and what kind of offense do you want to run(A big investment at TE basically commits you to largely 2-TE sets, WR likewise, etc.)

I think there's way too much $ at the WR position already.

Sure, but then there's the Mike Wallace decision. If you're going to ditch him after this year, it makes sense to work on replacing him this year, especially if you're considering it with a draft pick.

If Robinson from PSU fell to the 2nd rd I think that he's definitely be worth a look. Extremely productive, great size, speed, suprising acceleration, soft hands, excellent leaper- it would depend on who's there at OL, LB and DE imo, but Robinson certainly can play.

For all the talk of Benjamin, who certainly has strengths to his game, imo acceleration, the ability to separate, is critical. Kelvin Benjamin isn't even close to Allen Robinson in that regard, and his hands are far worse. Regardless, they're both compelling talents.

Binns is far from a Marshall clone. He's smaller for one. He has also never done anything. Naanee had a great camp too.

We need to let either Mathews or Gibson walk, they are the same receiver. Whoever is cheapest keep.

I lean towards keeping Gibson. Maybe more than lean. Mathews did some nice stuff but also had a couple of plays that were pretty frustrating. Gibson is solid. I guess like Keller we see how the knee is.

I believe Danario Alexander will be back and healthy in 2014. It's a bet that could pay off huge!

The stem cell therapy could be his godsend. He is only 25.

If he gets back to his form of running 4.4's and his 46 inch vertical he could be a dynamic deep threat with him and Wallace on the field at the same time.

He would also be the bonafide red zone threat the Dolphins currently do not have.

He probably won't even cost much.

I think you can very much make a decision on Wallace based on the effort he showed this season. Dropping passes, running **** routes, not making an effort to fight for passes(deep or otherwise).

And if you're going to draft a replacement, you've really got to do it this year. You can't really expect a rookie to contribute.

I was suggesting signing him as a free agent this March. He is an UFA now. The time for putting in a waiver claim is long long past.

If everyone can come into camp healthy, I'm very happy with our WR corps. I think that we have four very solid players at the top who've all been in the system now and worked with Tannehill, and it helps that Matthews makes the league minimum. If Binns can make it back and make the team as the 5th option, then I think that we're great. We'll see if Lazor can use everyone in a better manner than Sherman did. He can't be less imaginative. Let Wallace run more routes and match him up in situations where he can get open quickly and succeed.

If the team bombs next season and Philbin is fired, then almost anything is possible in 2015. I'd love to give everyone a chance to get better together though.

I'd say we are all set at WR and TE. Wallace, Hartline, Gibson, Matthews, Binns. Clay, Sims, Egnew. We need a FB, OL and likely a RB. The receiving options are fine.

I don't know why you'd choose between Gibson and Matthews. Neither one of them you're saving all that remarkable an amount of cap space over, and both of them are pretty likely to outperform their contracts(Especially Matthews). They sort-of ended up playing the same position, but in Matthews case that was more because he was replacing Gibson than it was because he's an obligate slot receiver. Neither of them are.

    Matthews base salary
    2014...$570k
    2015...$660k

    Gibson's base salary
    2014...$2.7 million
    2015...$3.25 million

Matthews will be given every opportunity in training camp to unseat Matthews

Its a valid point, but its also a fair salary for a productive #3 WR, which Gibson was while healthy. I like them both.

I can get behind the idea of sanders, even if they trade hartline away we would have a nice group.

I think that's why you keepbthem both. Also, I would expect Matthews to improve this year. He has the ability of a #2. If we trade anyone, I'd say hartline.

Honestly saying they are not even close, is far from a fact IMO.

Both 6'0 close to 210lbs, neither very fast, Gibson is obviously a more precise route runner, Rishard more of an angry runner.

I would like some size, either at TE or WR. 6'5" or better to give a nice big target. Egnew doesn't count because I don't believe in him. I also want someone hungry for the ball. Goes after it in the air.

Pretty sure Alex was referring to their productivity and on field ability. Difference is night and day. Gibby was the straw in the drink and made our offense a lot more dynamic. Rishard had 1 good game and was inconsistent the rest of his plays. If Gibby is healthy, he the guy I want on the field.

Right. Their on the field play production wise, and the way they play the game are entirely different.

They may have similar measurables, but I know some guys who are 6' and can run a hand timed 4.4, it doesn't mean they are a similar football player to Ricky Williams.

    They have entirely different games.

One guy is going to be a 6 year vet, one is wet behind the ears. Rishard has a much higher ceiling.

We struggled the rest of the season after we lost Gibby and teams started focusing on containing Clay. Hartline and Wallace are both weak and can't handle physical dbs pressing them off the line. Rishard may have a higher ceiling, but he'll have to start making consistent plays and doing something with the ball in his hands. He had 1 really good game. Until he unseats him, Gibby is still the guy.

With Gibson, we averaged 21.7 ppg. After losing him, we averaged 18.3 points a game. Looking forward to having him back.
