Training camp? This game could go a LOT longer than that. When it gets down to the final 2-3 guys, it could go forever depending how strongly their supporters feel. Only two defenders remain. And both are on the way out. Beck isn't even a starer, and may not even be a backup. He will fall next. Satele VS Carey will be a great fight. Due to the UM following on these boards, I'd have to give the the edge to Carey, dispite his current point count and Satele's strong fan support. But in the end, as we all know, it will be Ginn VS Brown. Both are worthy of winning this thing. But in a game of survivor, I'll take the guy that can outrun everyone else over the guy with the bum knee. We're down to seven players ... interesting the way the vote totals have swung the last few days. Out of everyone that is left, I have to root for Allen over Porter, because I believe Allen to be a team guy, while I'm not convinced that Porter is the same. On the offensive side of the ball, I actually like everyone that is left, but I'm voting for Satele to make it a 3 way dance with Brown and Ginn. And that's John Beck. I'm not trying to hate on the guy, but everyone else on this list has contributed more than him.
Allen had a better year lsat year but my vote is on what will happen this year Allen was fortunate our run defence was horrible and this year our run defence will be a lot better and I hope he steps up. The thing that drives me nuts about Allen is the easy and I mean easy interception drops I don't think Allen, Satele should have made it this far Porter I thought had a decent second half of the year and with all the changes and having a coach who will stand up to him I think Porter will be our best linebacker
