Yah right. You'll be back next year on a reunion tour with over priced merchandize.

No idea. I didn't have excel and it took me a few programs before trying Google Docs just to get the thing to add my position salaries ;p

You can now cut players, should you feel the need. Bidding on those players will begin sometime on 2/14.

Has a salary cap been agreed to? 130 sounds about right, it seems to be where most are hovering and a few teams are even over $140 mil

I dont know man. God Bless you. Youre a very brave GM taking on that squad. But the good news is I have a great team slogan for you: "How to turn a fun league in to a miserable time"

We may need Schisno back next year. Im not taking that team.

The grapes are fine (in fact make fantastic jelly), prefer Old Hampshire to New Hampshire, and I sadly reside in the one in California.

So I like the resigning thing this year but IMO it could use some work for next year to make it closer simulate real life.

For example an idea I had was to choose one player, then have the silent bid. Take the highest offer and have the original team have the choice to beat it.

If the original team offers more it is a done deal with no back and forth. If they choose not to match, the bidder wins before FA.

IMO That closer mimics a team not allowing a player to hit FA.

    That's basically a transition tag.

True, but teams resigning players often have an advantage over the FA Market. I'm glad we added the feature but it still seems skewed a bit.

I mean is basically already a transition tag for the original team more or less.

I like the way it is purely because we get a pretty heated free agent market. Without it + the no dead cap bit..........everyone would too easily re-sign their own guys.

I am curious to see how the re-signing thing will work out. Its pretty much a trial run and we can see how to tweak it to make it better or different next year.

I'm curious to because with only one bid...if people don't match up right...someone is going to sneak some big players through.

Thats what i am curious with. You could see like 5 FAs receive all of the bids and the rest of the league gets their 27 guys resigned on the cheap. Deffinetly gonna have some strategy involved.

which one? Was it resign? I totally changed it from what you are doing. Yours is wide open to every player I believe. Mine is narrow to just one, and plenty of GM's don't like it still. Not that I give a flying **** but you know how it is.
