The Browns are excited to welcome 2nd year CB Jonthan Banks to the team. We feel he will team with Joe Haden to form an outstanding CB tandem for a long time.
I really wanted to get him, you just bid me up a little to high. Not often you can get a promising 2nd year CB in FA.
That's a lot to pay for a guy who's fairly unproven, but I like his upside and thought he did some good things this year so I made the move.

So I asked Van if he was the one who said he was running around pushing players up, because in my head I was thinking, if you really want Player X, why would you waste your time and money bumping up other players that you might get stuck with? So he says, "that's just b/c BK bumped Worrilds out of my cap limit so I decided to start bumping RB's and DL that were going to win at too low a cost." So apparently I'm in a "mood" for simply not agreeing with the underway way he conducts his bidding. If Van doesn't want people to react to his shenanigans, then he should keep them to himself rather than essentially bragging about them in the this thread and via messages.
