And on that note, Seattle is happy to welcome the playmaking speedster WR Jacoby Ford who impressively amassed 625 scrimmage yards & 7 TD as a rookie and should see a reemergence on a team that actually features a good QB and has solid downfield accuracy. Jacoby is a well-suited backup behind Golden Tate to maintain positional continuity and will be looked back at in hindsight as a bargain signing just like the 2012 Bills GM got from Donnie Avery with 60 catches for 781 yards at a cost of just 500k. Seahawks are also excited to add the versatile 6'6 280 Corey Wootton to the DE rotation, a steal at 495k for a guy who started 15 games last year and will probably draw a $4M/year salary in FA as a prototypical starting 4-3 strongside end. With the injuries to Chicago's D-line, Wootton spent much of his time at DT, inhibiting his sack numbers in the process [down from 7 to 3.5]. Corey immediately steps in as an interior nickel rush fixture and provides Seattle with improved scheme flexibility.
If you know who it is you were bidding on, you can continue to bid... obviously we don't have the original post of the position by position listing yet. But we're working on that.

Because he wasn't a sulky bastard everywhere, no, not at all. **** Randy Moss. Ford was coming up, but his injuries have killed him. We ruin players. It happens.
until the lists are recreated or restored, I went back and opened (undeleted) some history to help show which bids were active at the time of the, for lack of a better name, PURGE. most of the threads were a little behind in their being updated anyway... I know it's not preferred, but that's the best I can do on the short amount of time I have right now. If you're trying to bid on someone, you'll have to look thru the bids
Giants welcome: CB Corey Graham QB Matt Flynn im certain I had the last bid and could not see another later bid, hope I'm right
I just got back from work a short while ago so I will assist with this when I get a minute. We soft delete them so its eaier to track for the people keeping track of the bid threads. 2-3 pages is a lot different then 8-10 pages lol.
Not sure about a draft start yet van but I know Paul is handling his wife's emergency surgery. I think she's ok from what I gathered but I think he's taking a couple of days off until we officially nab the person who deleted all the free agents.
Good time for a break anyways. Free Agency is 99% done. Were going into real free agency for the next week to keep us occupied. We shouldn't get bored till maybe towards the end of the month ;p
Yeah I'm 100% done with FA personally, nabbed a bunch of guys I targeted cheap. Made that trade with the Jets for a couple extra picks. Now I'm in scouting mode. Early rounds are easy, midand late rounds os where you prove your skill.
On the subject of the culprit. They should take a long look at their life if this is how they get off and have fun. Its an internet site and a game we play to pass the time. Culprit...you're so cool. Can I be like you?
Wasn't a Saturday night? I guess when you have no friends, no ladies, and are drunk off of skunk beer while on your 3rd bag of cool ranch Doritos then deleting FA was undoubtedly the highlight of your 2014. U MAD???
Culprit won't be around for 6 months. They won't be finishing up with their team either. Nor will they ever have GML access again unless crunch myself or Paul feel it appropriate. Once we rebuild the FA lists hopefully things will get back to normal. And yes the Saints were mad...over Jimmy Graham.
Paul and I knew who it was from the beginning but waited for official confirmation. Greg had mod powers for this forum only as did gik. Only a mod can make those edits unless each thread starter agreed to do it at the same time. I felt confident I knew GIK well enough to know he wouldn't pull some crap like that plus he had no reason to. Greg was steamed at losing Graham because he never posted it but claimed Paul should have known by looking at his team page that graham was franchised. Paul correctly told him that if he did that for the Saints he'd have to honor that for everyone.
In his defense its not like there was a stickied thread for that or something.....errr. I'm sure had he just sent Paul a PM (if he couldn't post for whatever reason) he'd have honored that.
Wait....Since when was he actually playing the Saints team to actually care? Playing only the draft portion of this sells the league short.
Regarding Greg, It was an unfortunate situation. Didn't go down as I had hoped, with the Graham thing. He wasn't active at all either which, in and of itself, is not the worst but if you couple in his attacks via PM to me for not allowing him to tag Graham after the fact... it's now for the best. Unfortunately, we couldn't get his powers removed in time. So he acted in deleting the original posts knowing what the effects would be. He was one of the GML originators, I fully acknowledge that... but that doesn't give him the right to act how he did towards me. If he was in the slightest apologetic I may have been inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt. But he never said sorry for missing the deadline... he simply said he'd updated his team page and that was good enough. Well no it wasn't... and he also wasn't under the cap at the proper time with the franchise tag on Graham. He cut Will Smith the next day to get down. Again, I may have been inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt (he was busy with work) but his attitude in communication with me, as if I had no power over him at all and was supposed to clean up after him, was unacceptable. I have some of the PM's, but I don't think it's right to share them. He had ample opportunity to put the tag on Graham, he knew how this worked, not some rookie. He was at Mach's league too, and was inactive over there as well. Although he did put the tag on Graham before the deadline there. In the end it's just a game. I think we should all remember that
If the FA updaters can go into their OP's and just go back in time from now to where the posts aren't deleted (the oldest) and just rebuild at least the active bidding, we should be okay in the interim. Unfortunately, I'm going to be out for some time and cannot be of much assistance.
Sounds like Greg was used to getting his way and the new commish made him play by the rules. Paul? I fall more in love with you by the day.
