Hickey has been killing it, man. If Philbin can't win with this team, he should be banned from every level of football coaching.

I like our draft so far, our Oline has some serious talent right now. Major upgrade vs. last year. **** you Ireland.
Dallas Thomas, Gardner went to Phili but we're still pretty thin and young. We got Jason Fox from Detroit but still thin on OL.
Yea, this is what i am thinking. Turner has the athleticism to pull at LG and Smith has the strength to play RG
I like the WR and OL picks today. It's not Robinson and Moses but we don't know that what Landry and Turner aren't better. They grade lower but that doesn't mean anything.
Decker was catching touchdowns before Peyton got there, so no I don't think so. Hartline is the little engine that could story and that's why some Dolphins' fans overrate him. Hopefully Landry can get in the end zone unlike Hartline and we get rid of Hartline after this season.
Miami Dolphins @MiamiDolphins · 37s Billy Turner speaking to The Finsiders "I love the game of football...I play offensive line because I love to hit people." #FinsUp
I am pretty ecstatic. I said if we got 2 olinemen and a receiver in the first 3 rounds, I would call it a homerun. Hickey did just that. It wasn't the guys I wanted either, but we got a right tackle who only gave up 4 sacks last year, a slot receiver who put up over 1100 yards and 10 tds last season, and another offensive lineman who gave up 0 sacks last year in college. I couldn't ask for more. Plus we have more later round picks to play with.
All three players have toughness, both physically and mentally, leadership and hard work in common. I see a trend I like.
Per Omar's twitter: -When we asked Dolphins GM Dennis Hickey if he's done making picks today he gave a coy smile and then offered a "maybe." -We're going to work him at guard. We're going to work him at tackle. That's always a positive, versatility," Hickey said of Billy Turner.
James played in the SEC and was a team Captain. He's not a druggie. I think Albert and James will bring some much needed leadership to that unit and hopefully Pouncey plays for a contract year and get's his crap together.
Honestly, Smith can play left or right guard. Last year, he played more left...so I assume he will play left. But, you could be right.
I'm not sure if Pouncey will get clearance to play from the psychologist that he will have to see before he's allowed to play. The guy is a mental case.
I am not going to jump out and say good or bad on this draft yet. Still early but it most definitely has a different feel than recent drafts. I mean that as a positive
Smith is a work in progress at pass protection but a good run blocker. That screams RG. Billy Turner is going to be the LG and get some LT training for Albert's usual injuries.
@ckparrot: Both JaWuan James and Billy Turner have been favorites of mine for quite some time. So the Dolphins are doing REAL good work in the trenches Everyone's go to on this board likes it... Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
A lot like Trent Richardson and Brandon Weeden, right? They have made a good pick at every slot so far IMO.
Rams getting Mason is a killer. I think he's as good as any RB in the draft. As good or better a runner than the ones drafted ahead of him. I like that we got Turner; but I think I'd have liked Mason over him. But, that's not a criticism - just a choice. I think we did well this day. The extra picks and the two draft choices were very good moves, imo.
