I didn't say you thought it was, I'm just saying I think Landry at least is an all around receiver not a possession guy. The difference between a 4.3 and a 4.5 is minuscule on the football field over short distances, where quickness and route running are bigger factors. He may not burn corners down the sideline with his speed but he's the type of receiver I see getting behind defenders simply because they respect his route running capability.

In our division, with our schedule, the bills are not "sammie watkins" away from making the playoffs. They're going to need that first rounder next year. it might be a top ten pick.

    Not true.

This team has a nice defense and are loading up on weapons. Not to mention they beat us twice last year with a backup QB.

With our offensive line, beating us last year wasn't exactly a barometer of where you're at.

Can be said for the jets, the dolphins, and the bills. Not that it matters cause the patriots will win the division. They're going to regret losing that pick.

I don't have as much football knowledge as a lot of the posters on this forum but of the videos that I saw of Matt Hazel, I noticed that he might not have top end speed but he has a pretty good initial burst.

....So, on one hand, I'm glad that another FAU prospect got drafted.

On the other hand... The Bills though?

Then where does that put us? Everyone on here says we were a good RT away from making the playoffs.

Pettine made that defense decent and he's gone. They beat us thanks to the crap we had at OL.

If Manuel sucks they're going to regret not having that top 10 pick.

Because we were. If Clabo could block worth a dang, there's a good chance we could have beaten Buffalo. And keep in mind, for beating us twice, Buffalo still finished the season 6-10.

Gave up way too much to draft Watkins, and reached in every other pick they made. And yet this troll gave them an A grade, gotta love it.

Because that first loss to the bills (and the ravens game) were decided by our pathetic RT. we win either of those games, we make the playoffs. assuming james is a much better player, we are in a good spot.

I agree with the other things he said. I just think the difference between a player running a 4.3 and a 4.5 is not minuscule. Not saying it determines a better player or what no but it makes a difference.

Over a short distance it is minuscule. 40yds is not a short distance.

What does that matter? They're players Philly believes fit the same goddam system that was in place last year. Philly is clearly emphasizing a combination of speed & playmaking ability in order to remain the NFL's best YAC & downfield offense, and the problem here is you choosing to be ignorant to this fact just so you can argue for the sake of arguing like you always do. Not to mention it's convenient of you to look at receiver in a vacuum as if Philly's speed & playmaking ability from McCoy, Ertz, and DeSean Jackson didn't give them overall good speed & great playmaking ability. 4/5ths of their offense could make plays in space, and 3/4th of their starting WR/TE could make plays downfield. It's humorous that you're trying to argue against me as if Miami is on Philly's YAC & downfield level when in fact the opposite is true as the offense struggled downfield and was one of the league's worst in YAC [30th to be precise, an embarrassing 2.23 YAC yards less per catch than Philly].

And LIKE I SAID, you don't need speed when you can do what Cooper does, and unfortunately Miami DOES NOT HAVE anyone who can do what Cooper does for you to make this baseless argument of yours.

Not to mention in a game you are reacting to the snap, you aren't getting timed off of your own start, so over shorter distances the speed difference could be even less evident if you react faster.
