    riiiiight.

Melo maybe...and even then..he has to agree to sign there.

So far, Morey just dumped a big contract held by an effective player and has replaced him with air. We know Lebron is not going there..so he is taking a stab for one specific player. Not a great move.

Although..he uses the savings to add a better bench piece or another wing player such as Trevor Ariza/Luol Deng..then...you got something.

Would Patty Mills come join the Heat? I think the Knicks might sign him since Fat Felton is gone.

This trade also cant be done until New Orleans trades either Austin Rivers or Eric Gordon according to Rotoworld and Woj.

I wonder if Phil has his mitts in this? Rivers would fit what a rebuilding team like the Knicks could use...a young high upside player that has gained some experience and has a short term deal

Section to me is basically Pat Riley using an alias, so that being said, no I can't question him, Pat Riley can make things happen to you if he doesn't like you, I fear God and Pat Riley on the same level.

Curious what moves Washington tries to make to build off of last season - will be interesting to see if/what Gortat comes back for and what happens at the 3 when Ariza most likely leaves.

The only reason people even know who Daryl Morey is, or care about what he's doing is that Bill Simmons made a big deal out of him.

Seven years as GM, 3 playoff appearances, one trip to the second round.

And for all of his analytics love, he's now essentially trying to build a team the exact same way Pat Riley does, with superstars. You don't need much analytics to tell you that Howard, LeBron and Harden is a pretty good team.

    Bovada has LeBron's destination at:

    Miami - 1/4
    Cleveland - 7/2
    Houston - 9/1
    Clippers - 12/1
    Lakers - 15/1
    Chicago - 20/1

    They have Melo at:

    Chicago - 1/1
    Knicks - 9/4
    Miami - 9/2
    Houston - 5/1
    Dallas - 10/1
    Lakers - 15/1
    Atlanta - 30/1

I threw a bit on Houston at 5/1 for Carmelo and paid for it by going after Miami 1/4 for LeBron. Worst I'll come out is breakeven.

This might be the worst bet in the history of bets. A guy who doesn't play D is going to a defensive team with no cap space?

Someone will have to explain to me why Chicago is so attractive?

I keep seeing Derrick Rose as a positive which is laugh out loud funny. The guy has played 10 games in 2 years, but Wade gets knocked for playing 55 plus the entire playoffs.

Miami needs depth behind LeBron James and some scoring punch for the second unit. Early is a superior athlete who thrives in an uptempo system and can score in a variety of ways.

With the first pick of the draft, the Cavs trade their first pick to the Heat for their 2nd round pick and Lebron stays in Miami, we gave them Ray Allen though.
