Happy Report Heat fans! Andy Ellsburg will be in the meeting with Riley, Bron and Rich Paul. Ellsburg is the Asst. GM and Salary Cap guru, as well as the only guy that negotiates contracts.
You can also agree to terms with Miami, works both ways. I've already stated the evidence IMO that he is resigning, but too act as if anyone who thinks he was considering Cleveland was just dumb, is....well, dumb.
As I said before, he said he would be listening to all offers. I doubt he ever serlriously considered them since every leak came from...wait for it....Cleveland. I think its hilarious any ever thought there was more than 0.000000001% chance he would leave. Its terribly flawed logic. People aren't dumb for thinking it but the idea itself was.
Now THIS can be considered a telling report. But ofcourse....he never considered leaving anyways...so not really "happy news"
If you haven't noticed...I am making fun of this on twitter all day. He was NEVER leaving. I don;t know how many times I can say it.
Apparently I'm one of the few that trusted you and read the signs for what they were. So much panic over nothing.
It's tough not to get caught up with everything and be nervous. Maybe we shouldn't be, but it's human nature
SAS said Amare to Philly deal is dead and they wanted picks and THJr with amare. Said Melo will make a decision in 24 hours or so. Wont be Cleveland even if Lebron goes there
His wife and kids were moving back to Akron either way, I thought? Aren't his kids enrolled in Akron schools? Don't think it means anything.
It's pretty easy to be relaxed about this. Know why? Wade and Bosh are giving zero bleeps about free agency. If LeBron was bailing they would be taking visits every day.
Jorge Sedano just tweeted that the moving vans are just car transports. I'm sure he ships his cars to Akron every summer. He just had nobody stalking him until now
Yep. Lebron hasn't taken an in person meeting anywhere but meets w Riley and a capologist. The deal is sealed guys. Now its just contract details it would seem. Btw now ESPN is running a why Lebron should stay in Miami story on insider. So they can save face.
Like I said... I'm going to make my first prediction of free agency. After the LeBron-Riley meeting, they have a press conference and announce that he's re-signing for at least 2 years.
This..if everyone just quits listening to the media.....and just LOOKS at whats happening...its not that hard to figure out whats going on
Sorry but if you look at what's happening it still doesn't make sense that LeBron drug this out so long and didn't help recruit free agents - and that Bosh's camp is still entertaining the Rockets. If this was such a done deal why go through all this? Why not have LeBron in those meetings with FA? He did it in '10.
I'm sure Daryl Morey told Woj that, but what communication needs to flow? An offer is on the table. Unless there's a deadline, Bosh will either accept it or reject it.
There was a couple of big trucks there....specifically for moving high priced cars, then ironically his Ferrari was on the back of a tow bed hahahaha
LeBatard show right now is stuff of legends. If rolling on the floor laughing at Stugotz and Mike Ryan crying right now.
Right. But if everyone is 100% sure that LeBron is staying and this has been decided...why does he need a backup plan? And why are they waiting this long to sign?
