Don't think so considering his offer on the table from Indy is higher for more years (security) I think he's out of the question if that is our cap space unless we get a significant amount of space from Wade resigning lower, plus Battier and Allen off the books.
Lance can use that one year as his "college" so he can mature and learn how to be a man then leave us the next year for a max offer from another team.
Can I get a PM with the copy of the post? I've been moving across the country since Friday AM + no longer club member.
I've heard for years that Howard is not a guy players want to play with. I don't know if it's true or not and Parsons case was just about money, but I basically didn't expect that Houston was likely to attract big FAs.
@AlbertRandom1 5m Well, there you go. Now we all know how! RT @ESPNSteinLine Hearing Birdman’s new deal w/ Miami is two-year pact in neighborhood of $10M @AlbertRandom1 1m Remember: Despite the rumored $10M contract, Birdman would only eat up $915,243 of cap space this year.
@AlbertRandom1 13m One. For the Heat, it will be $2.732M Room MLE. RT @Fmarion3 how many MLE can a team use?
Its funny that Parsons was the cheerleader for the Rockets and the guy who was recruiting Howard there and his first chance out he bolts...I mean I know 15 mil a year is way over the top for him, he'd be a moron to turn that down...I like him slightly more than Ariza, but not at twice the price...I may be in the minority but I dont think Riley will target Howard, not a guy oozing with Leadership and Heat type culture qualities...
I really believe that actions like these are what build great organizations. And I believe it pays dividends in the long run. Sure, money is usually going to be the over-riding factor, but not always. I believe that behavior like this is part of what makes a guy like Ray Allen decide to come here for less. That's why I hate when Dolphin fans justify when that organization does something crappy and claims "it's just business". It's bad business.
@AlbertRandom1 50s Will likely get partially guaranteed 3-yr min deal. RT @the_matt_barnes is there min and/or max that Ennis can sign for in years, dollars?
@AlbertRandom1 18s $4.2M. RT @MADDOG305 @TweetManJones Can't they do same w/ Ray Allen and offer him more than Cavs due to bird rights. What's Allen cap hold?
I don't know what Battier's cap hold is. Probably around the same as Allen's. This is why I say, I think Riley has something planned for around $15M.
Love that. Ennis has the potential to be a really attractive selling point for FA's in 2016 if he continues to develop at the pace he has so far.
Albert Breer has been seriously trolling Heat fans on twitter for over a month. He's starting to sound like Sid Rosenberg.
Say we have ~$6M now; renounce Allen and Battier, gain ~$8M. That's $14M right there. Dump Cole, and now it's more like ~$16M.
yes...but Allen, Battier are both Bird Rights guys. they don't count if we are up against the cap. whatever amount that puts us over gets wiped out.
Thats even with waiting on Wade to sign? They couldnt sign someone else and then sign Wade to the books?
@AlbertRandom1 5m Explained here http://bit.ly/1scJD2B RT @sid_chadha3 what exactly is a cap hold and how's it different from a player salary?
All these moves resulted in a product that could not be deemed competitive in that time period (I'll cut it down to three years just for you) Sent from my Transformer TF101 using Tapatalk 4
