This is the thread than never ends....it just goes on, and on, my friends.... LOL....love the final 4, so I am happy with the outcome, and just wondering how long it takes for the winner to be 245pts...(:cough - Ronnie - cough)
Once it gets down to 2, it goes pretty fast. On that note... Ted Ginn Jr. [30] + Ronnie Brown [147] Samson Satele [57] Vernon Carey [11] -
I'm back from a week's vacation, and this is still going. Awesome! Ted Ginn Jr. [29] - Ronnie Brown [147] Samson Satele [57] Vernon Carey [12] +
Ted Ginn Jr. [28] - Ronnie Brown [149] + Samson Satele [57] Vernon Carey [11] I guess it's time to accept that Ronnie brown is going to win this and just try to get it over with.
Went back through to update and add the players voted off while I was on vacation in the order they were voted off - Players voted off: Travis Daniels Jason Taylor David Martin Chad Henne Dave Rayner Boomer Grigsby Paul Soliai Matt Roth David Kircus Patrick Cobbs Derek Hagan John Denney Brandon Fields Keith Davis Andre Goodman Wayne Huizenga Steve McKinney Josh McCown Jay Feely Akin Ayodele Channing Crowder Davone Bess Randy Starks Quentin Moses Greg Camarillo Reagan Mauia Reggie Torbor Michael Lehan Rodrique Wright Phillip Merling Jason Ferguson Jason Allen Ricky Williams Anthony Fasano Vonnie Holliday Bill Parcells Jake Long Justin Smiley Jeff Ireland Yeremiah Bell Tony Sparano Joey Porter Will Allen John Beck
Ted Ginn Jr. [26] - Ronnie Brown [151] Samson Satele [57] Vernon Carey [11]+ Carey voted off before Ginn is ludicrous.
Ted Ginn Jr. [27] + Simply put, he'll be the funnest player to watch this year. Ronnie Brown [151] Samson Satele [57] Vernon Carey [10] - He'll shine this year at right tackle, but his time in this contest is coming to an end.
Ted Ginn Jr. [26] - Ronnie Brown [151] Samson Satele [58] Vernon Carey [10] + You people have to be kidding me. Ginn eliminated before Carey? EDIT: Whoops. I mean, Carey before Ginn? I was driven temporarily insane with outrage.
Why? Remember people can choose any reason they want to vote for a player. Carey might be more talented at his position, but it's very easy to make the case that Ginn is the more exciting player. So if anyone is voting based on that, Carey is the loser.
I think Carey is a more exciting player. I love watching him block his man and then block the linebacker. It is a think of beauty
Ted Ginn Jr. [27] + http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=15reipd&s=4 Here is all his 07 touches EXCITING Ronnie Brown [151] Samson Satele [58] Vernon Carey [09] -
All a matter of opinion. I agree great blocking is exciting, just not as exciting as watching Ginn leaving everyone in the dust on kickoff returns and hopefully as a receiver as well. But that's just my opinion.
Good video. I try not to be wowed by YouTube type highlights, but since this one is all inclusive, I allowed myself to be impressed. I also noticed for there being concerns about his size and build, I love the way Ginn finished plays off. I'm not trying to say he was plowing through people, but he was trying!
He will! Maybe I'm being a homer, but I'm 100% that by year 3 Ginn will be well on his way to establishing himself as an elite receiver and return man.
When Ginn proves he IS an exciting player rather than waiting for his potential to present itself I'll agree. THere have been MANY a speed demon fail in the NFL.
Speed demons usually fail in the NFL because they can't catch the ball. Ginn caught nearly every single ball thrown his way last year. As long as he can do that, he will never be a failure in the NFL. IMO, his production on a bad team last year already proves he is not a failure in the NFL.
Ted Ginn [30] + Ronnie Brown [152] Samson Satele [58] Vernon Carey [5] - Almost down to three although with Ronnie at 152, and deservingly so, its over
