Tannehill throws 32 TDs, 14 INTs (still an improvement)
3 probowlers on defense with 2 more on outside looking in, Clay goes to the probowl on offense
Moreno is a very good back 1st games, Miller turns it on 2nd half of the season, they finish with combined 1500 yards rushing and >2300 all purpose yards
we go 9-7, miss the playoffs, Philbin is fired and Lazor is promoted.

    - We have a freak year, going 12-4 on the way to the AFCC game
    - Pro Bowl: Wake, Starks, Pouncey, Moreno, RT, Clay, Fields
    - James OROY
    - 5-1 in the division with a loss at NE, refereeing so bad, the NFL fines/fires refs and apologizes to the Dolphins universe

I remember having this much hope and wild eyed enthusiasm. Then I watched the last decade of Dolphins football.

    - Ryan Tannehill has a great year. 4,000+ yards, 30 TDs, 95 rating...and is still ignored when "best young quarterbacks" names are listed.
    - Dion Jordan has 10 sacks and plants the seeds for a superstar season in 2015, after we have fired the ****ing idiot that runs this defense.
    - The offensive line shows some promise but the position of hope and prayer (both guards) falls apart, leading to another lost season.
    - At least one of the rookies is a starting linebacker by week 10.

I can't be too pie in the sky.

    2. Dannell Ellerbe and/or Philip Wheeler will be benched early on.
    3. Ryan Tannehill really breaks out and becomes a true franchise QB.
    4. Michael Thomas plays a total of 10 snaps all season, picks of Tom Brady 5 times.

Coyle is "money' in the red zone

Did see some things I did not like as in stunting endlessly v the Jest w/a playoff seed on the line when it was OBVIOUS the Jest were going to run the ball

Do think the OL will be improved b/c at least they can hear thunder and see lightening, last yr's unit appeared to be playing through hangovers and rather clueless.

Dunno about you, when I have a hangover at least I play with attitude, they had..nothing

W/is why the whole "I hope Pouncey comes back" is so chuckle worthy

Uhm it was on him to make the line calls, the OL was so clueless they played like the earth was flat

    And yet.."Pouncey the Savior"

C'mon man, I'd take luke warm Satele over Pouncey, at least the OL was in position to do something, unlike last season when the "captain of the OL" ran the offensive line into a sand bar

Good Job Pouncey, take all the time you need in rehab, atm, do not miss you at all

    1. Mike Pouncey reaches adulthood and becomes a role model (and maybe even stops to tip the snap).
    2. An opponent lineman finally gets called for holding Cam Wake.
    3. Joe Philpin standing at the sideline with a look of astonishment and a closed mouth.
    4. Mike Wallace fights for a not perfectly thrown deep ball and makes the catch.

    1) Tannehill has nearly double his TD production from last season, mainly from a great first half of the season
    2) Miami sends zero players to the Pro Bowl, because they're deep in the playoffs.
    3) We split Buffalo, sweep the Jets and split New England...but still take the division.
    4) Landry wins Offensive Rookie of the Year...I'll go with that one too.

it's easy to get Enamored with the venue/vibe that is created, it's why there were sell outs every preseason game, and why all fans were standing in the fourth quarter when their fourth strings were in the game, and why they boo anyone who leaves early, and how they have guest sports figures raise the 12 man flag to start the game, it's why they promote to have a
Everyone in their seats kickoff, it's why their teams blew out every opponent they faced, it's easy to see their players playing at a much higher adrenaline level than anyone else..easiest money making investment on the planet..suits don't get it...hilarious and fascinating to me.

Ahhh, now that's a rant, I feel better VT, thanks bud.

Man..if I was a Billionaire...Id create the most intimidating stadium known to man. Id create a stadium that in design is based on the structure of a Hurricane...Howling winds and all. With all the special effects crap you can do now...why not make it a total immersive experience.

They have a design exactly like that for a project in south Florida..I've posted it before..very detailed..

One of my main points about the venue is the opposite of what Jerry jones tried to do, he built for glamour and it cost a lot of money to do so, and he has no home field advantage that improves the performance of the team, the genius in the Seattle venue is it's not an expensive design and it most certainly creates an advantage, so with that in mind, if your building the venue to have intimidation as the #1 priority, you can save money on the bells and whistles and the monetary return doing so is astronomical and the advantage in a football sense is tangible...it's the ultimate win win win..cheap, incredible return on investment, competitive advantage..

Can you believe they cannot figure this out.

    1) We give up half the sacks of last season or less.
    2) Between Moreno and Miller we end up with 1, 500 rushing yards.
    3) Wallace catches at lest two long TDs, and while the deep ball still isn't perfect the chemistry improves.
    4) We are fighting for the division the last three weeks but fall a game short at 10-6.
