When you're 1-13, it's more important to see your rookie QB develop.

We get those two touchdowns from their one yard line, and Cleo sticks the ball over the f%#@ing goal line, this is a winnable ball game. Isn’t that always the depressing part of these? You look back and it was a winnable ball game. If Zach plays today, we win this game. If Ronnie Brown plays today, we win this game. Heck, I think if Beck played this game, we might have won this game. As it was with all the backups playing, we could have won.

Especially since there was 1:11 left in the first half....all he had to do was call a play from scrimmage but he panicked......at least we looked a little better in the 2nd half but it was too late by then.

It's amazing how people see only what they want to see, instead of what actually transpires in front of them. No wonder defense lawyers can trip witnesses up so easily.

Maybe see Beck next week but I doubt it. I would like to see Beck have a good game against the Bungles to build some confidence, but I think Cam feels giving Beck the off season and training camp will help him more.
As bad as lemon played I thought a lot of it was just a good Pats defense and receivers that couldnt get open.

if you watch that play on 4th n goal where cleo puzzied out and didn't punch it in when he was rolling out and pump faked the new england defender clobberd the guy he pumped to, and they didn't call a penalty typical officiating for a pat's game.

Lbook was breaking ankles out there today..again..even "pudge" Chatman raked in some numbers, Ginn was under used today...typical Cameron stufff...Martin, even pitiful David Martin was trying to make plays.....

    Hagan didn't have many chances.....

For starters, we needed to create mismatches, LBook offer a mismatch wherever he lines up, and yet we did not see him until the game was out of hand, no deep balls to Ginn, no smash mouth, a Te (Peele) trying to block a De.....

We aren't that far away from scaring teams....

I thought we played with some heart in the 2nd half. We just have problems playing 60 minutes of smart football.

I agree with FanMarino. I just posted a similar point of view. The O needs 2 new recievers and an upgrade at tight end. Pass protection was awful which is why I think we need to move Carey back to RT and find a premier LT. Cleo is not cerebral, he locks on to recievers, his accuracy is not good and his mechanics are all over the place. Beck has no chance with this line. Cleos' still ahead of him which means were in trouble at QB. Maybe Ginn will become a #1 reciever but he's nowhere near that yet. Parcells will bring in Patrick Crayton from Dallas imo. He will also find a vet to come in and play QB until Beck is ready.
