And I bet Revis has watched film on Ted Ginn to study what he did wrong, he is a pro's pro, a future HOFer, and to me, the best cornerback in the game and a student of the game with great technique and understanding of what receivers are trying to do and route running, and with his legs being fully healthy now I suspect that a one trick pony with straight line speed will not beat a savvy elite corner that KNOWS what he wants to do, and that's either go-routes or inside slants. And the other thing, is that Revis and Belichick can share intel and together project a plan to eliminate Wallace and also with Revis, Belichick will be allowed to add extra schemes and wrinkles and do other things on defense to frustrate Tannehill and stop other weapons
I can't figure you out man...are you trying to instill some sort of "fear" of a football player into us? Won't work...wasting your time, and ours.
Ok..woot..High Five Bro! We wouldnt have hammered him so bad to be honest if he was not a tool...theres another Pats fan who showed up thats been great.
There fine. I'm sure I would go have a beer with them in person. I post in jest and mean no harm. Apparently I'm taken seriously. I'll work harder on my insults.
I'm just stating the facts.. not trying to inflict fear, because its already there. It is bandaged with blind homerism from a Dolphins team that hasn't been to the post season or had a quarterback to compete since Dan Marino and all of a sudden just because they played a depleted Pats team last year and got a victory they are all of a sudden a threat? When we went on to win at least 12 games and you guys won 8? Like anything has changed the last decade? And the fact the New England has added both acquisitions and healthy players back after making to the AFC Championship game without them? (GREAT Players in Wilfork, Mayo, Revis, etc) I just don't understand.. how people can miss that. If it wasn't for that Thomas INT it would have been two losses and now that we're loaded? I don't see how this is not a double digit victory.
Yes. Clearly our team is outclassed. I'm going to try and get a message to the team to not show up on Sunday. I realize that we have absolutely zero chance of competing any better than my high school team of 91. I'm not sure why we are even in the NFL. You are GOD.
If if if if if...if they were so godly and all-world, why would Marcia need to make a last minute drive to win? Shouldn't you have been up 40 points? GTFO.
Yes we should've and played DOWN to a Division opponent in a division in which we've dominated for a decade against a MEDIOCRE QB since you want to go there. Belichick > your coach, BRADY > Tannehill, Edelman (1,000 yards, 4th in receptions last season), Amendola healthy > Gibson (who the hell is Gibson?), Jarvis (a rookie), GRONK (even 80% of him)> Clay and all other tightends in the league, hell..Michael Hooman didn't he catch a one handed touchdown grab vs you guys and he is like the 3rd option now after Tim Wright, and I bet you Tim Wright will shine in the Pat's offense, because you have to focus on Gronk, Vereen (elite receiving threat out of the backfield) > Moreno .... and I'll take Chandler Jones (double digit sacks), Rob Ninkovich (at least 8 sacks the last few seasons, underrated), Vince Wilfork (healthy, didn't face him last year), Sealver Siliga, Dominique Easley (1st round interior pass rush monster, didn't face him last year), Jamie Collins (2nd year, broke out last year can cover Clay), Hightower and Mayo (didn't face Mayo last year) vs your front to get to Tannenhill early and often, because Revis will give them extra time to get to him. (Oh and didn't face Revis last year)
It's funny how the Pats were "depleted" last year when the Phins beat them. If the Pats were depleted, the Dolphins were decimated. They didn't have any corners healthy for the last drive and they were saved by a safety who joined the team on Thursday. It's a really rare Pats fan who even notices that there is an opponent in the game, let alone the one-in-a-million Pats fan who actually respects the opponent.
No, just keep posting it to remind you guys of reality, something you've been out of touch with for a while now. It doesn't have to come true when it already is. You just don't want to admit it because of course, you have to root for your team, and that's good but facts are facts and reality is reality.
I was find until shots were taken .. as long as posts are civil, I am civil... and as far as the Dolphins being decimated? What CALIBER of players were decimated? Because Sebastian Vollmer, Rob Gronkowski, Vince Wilfork, and Jerod Mayo are Probowl and Allpro caliber players that are significant and have made a significant difference in this league.
AFC Championship game last year with injuries Miami 8-8 which was the best you guys have done the last decade and no post season.. NOW THATS REALITY.. goodbye
You seem to be suggesting that if a team doesn't have a bunch of name players like the Patriots that there is no difference between starters, backups, and people the team just picked up. That shows a really big blind spot which is typical of spoiled fans like you. Besides, injured Gronk is actually the normal thing, while healthy Gronk is the anomaly. Plan your trolling accordingly.
Good thing we came up with a great way to game plan against this nobody... We used what... all 3 of our backup LB's on him? I'll ask again... who is this guy???
Wright was definitely the x-factor today. Without his 3 catches for 15 yards, this one might have been a shutout.
Ah, and where is the sagacious one to share more "knowledge" with us? Perhaps he has more insights for next week...
