i don't know what the hells goin on with the kid, he's had a rough life so we don't know, we aren't doing our part to engage him or bring out the best in him. He just doesn't look right mentally or physically..
Most worksites are instituting a culture. I do think Philbin & Ross have their heads on straight and they are morally outstanding. They do have a little trouble connecting with people though. They need a little Joan Rivers in them. She could zing the heck out of you but you still liked her. Seriously, the leadership on this team meaning coaches, and player leaders need to do a better job of instilling a winning culture.
